that pretty much sums it up on how to change it. its pretty easy to do but i would get a used caliper otherwiseyou will be paying quiet a bit for one

your caliper isnt sticking on that side causing the brake to squeal a little is it? thats happened on my 93 and 92 pathfinder. IDK i knowu asked for other options but i thought i throw that out there.

Hey guys I just bought another z and when i got to the place(his freinds house becasue he lived way up north so i met him half way) where the guy was selling the car he said he forgot the title and would send it as soon as he got home(yes i know i was dumb and shouldnt of bought it with out the title but I drove 3 hours to get it then found out). I just bought it thursday so if he ends up not sending the title what can I do? I have a purchase agreement signed by him with his licsese number.He could still send it but I just want to know if anyone knows what I could do if he doesnt send it? I live in MN

yeah thats what i thought im porbably pulling the motor soon im glade the engine bay is pretty stripped down should be fairly simple

takea volt meter and see if yout getting 14 somethign volts. That test will tell you if ur alt is bad. I would also take the battery out and go see if you can get it test somewhere

yup you guys are right i found it out before i checked back here i talked to a few people from z31p and they said the PO put the dip stick in the front spot on the driver side so i need to move it to the back one and plug the front one. how do i do that though haha they said i need to take the oil pan out or pull the motor.

Just bought a z31 with a vg33e from a 98 pathfinder and it had the oil pan from a turbo z so the PO didnt tell me that his old dipstick is missing half of it so i found out the hard way. Anyways I tried using my vg30e one from my na z and it seems to work fine when its in there to check but if i leave it in there it takes a beating from something its all bent and mangled when i check it again. What I want to if anyone of you do know is what dip stick should i use and what is inside the turbo z oil pan wrecking my dip sticks?

just have someone measure their washers and go to a hardware store and get some replacements

not that im aware of i think they were all flip up glass

btw its L28ET they didnt come with a dual over head cam

I know when i installed these in my z31 300zx the body felx was dramaticlly decreased!

thats in great shape i would guess around 2500-3000 like others have said!

if it doesnt work then take the bulb out or go to a junkyard and pull one if u cant get it to turn off after u have shaken it alot

well i saw that they make halo gauges instead of the nasty old looking ones on ebay for the 93+ models so i figured maybe i could use my spare 93 cluster for something useful

if i dont get a responce i will just try it when i get home and find out would just be easier to know in advanced. I saw ChrisPerna glow gauges and want some so I found some for a 93 and i think they are close so i want to see if my spare 93 cluster will work

Hey I know these are different looking but does a 93 cluster work in a 92? They are both cable driven and fit in the same dash but is the wiring different? I think i have a 93 sitting at home but i havent had the chance to compare a 90-92 cluster vs a 93 on the back i figured i would ask and see if anyone knew. Thanks

lucky! i wish they had them for 92 cluster! .....wonder if a 93 cluster works in a 92 since they are both cable driven....hmm i know they have 93 glow gauges

This is not mine just something I saw and thought i would share. i really doubt a vg30dett will ever fit in a wd21 if a regular vg30et cant fit with out turbo relocation.

its a abs computer. I had a 93 se that i parted out and had that exact same box under the seat.
