Well you don't know if you can trust a tow truck driver. They always wear dirty ball caps, have small hands and smell like cabbage. That's what I do. I use a 20" length of fuel line hose to hand thread the plugs.

It is possible to install the rack with the inners attached. Go that route if you can.

I actually got in touch with a member here that "runs the ship" at a Nissan parts counter. His user name is "Alkorahil" He hooked me up with new rack mounts and the other stuff. Chances are, he'll get you Nissan parts cheaper than going to your local Nippo dealership. I'm soo trying to be a redneck. I used a small pipe wrench but, I'm sure someone will chime in with the correct tool to use.
