Cool idea with the Altoids can. I've pulled the insulation (another victim of that damn mudding going on in my sig pic) and have thought about keeping a magnetic light in the center console.

Bushnut has the "facelift" front end like mine. Our adjustment is made from the top of the assembly. I'd have to put my hand back on it to better describe the inner workings. When I figured it out on my own I was all proud of myself at the time.

It's been awhile for me but, I recall using a very long flat head screwdriver to turn the "gear" wheel half a turn at a time. You can the see the wheel once the cover is removed from the top of the headlight assembly. I didn't have to remove anything else.

Fixed.

I hear you on the valve cover gaskets. I replaced the pass side a couple of months ago. It was brittle as could be. Now my driver side is starting to leak. Yay! I'm going to take a vacation staycation in a few weeks and take care of a lot of stuff I usually don't have time for (I want to live like B for a week! )

No. You have to physically turn the dial on each hub to engage 4x4. You pull the transfer case selector down into the 4H or 4L after you turn the dial. *edit .. sniped!

There are several topics lingering around here about the front strut spacer. I have had the NX4 1" spacer on top of my AC 2" lift for several years now. I did use two sets of camber bolts (top and bottom strut mounting points) to correct the negative camber without any problems. The spacer, along with the AC springs, will put your cv axles at a pretty extreme angle. There have been concerns with running the cv's at this angle for daily driving. If I remember correctly, the most common problem is the rubber dust boot tears easier at this angle. However, we have gotten by this issue by installing manual locking hubs so that the cv axles do not move unless you are ready to use four wheel drive. We have also noticed a slight gain in fuel savings by the lack of mechanical resistance with the hubs disengaged. The only down side of the manual hubs is that you can no longer "shift on the fly" to go from "2H" to "4H". *edit .. I see in your signature that you already have the manual hubs. Basically all you need are the spacers and the camber bolts.

That is a nice looking Pathy. Looks clean but, also looks like it's ready for business.

That is exactly why I went from the stock 16 inch wheels to the el'cheapo 15 inchers. I didn't have to grind my calipers when I first installed my steelies. It was when I had my rotors and pads changed that baffled my mechanic/friend.

I too like the look with the flares on it. If you are going to wheel it, though, I'd keep them off. I removed mine because my knobby tires chewed them up when the wheels were fully flexed.

Stab a screwdriver through the side and muscle it! I've did that twice before purchasing a proper wrench.
