95 pathy click click but no start!
WarehouseRat replied to Kingsizerob's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
it has noting to do with the alarm as there is power getting to the starter solenoid it just not engaging the bendix gear and motor, turning the steering wheel turns attenting that there maybe a issue with ign/switch but im leaning towards the starter itself, if there was a aftermarket alarm you may have a bad conection in the column as stated by others -

take the starter out and bench test it if it fails a bench test replace it if it passes then your problem could be in the ignition switch and have contacts going bad -
Building a custom Cold Air Intake
WarehouseRat replied to Tungsten's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
Still take my diy intake of that over priced junk, it uses all the old intake tubing which has all kinds of ribbing which disrupts the flow of air across the throttle plate. You can do the same thing as the pop charger with a maf adapter and a filter for $35, cause thats all you get for $160 all that crap about a venturi lol is a smoke and mirrors to buy there product. -
4 6" hella 4000 compact with non diffused lenses 100w each, light it bro thats what they are for

^ dude no fair you live in a damn place were all you need to do is turn the steering wheel and wheel you heart out

WarehouseRat replied to trenton163's topic in The Garage
wow i totally missed it being obd2 at first glance it looked like o2, you sure he didnt edit it........ -
if it blinks you will blow up................
-
the t/b plate could also have a little build up and not allow the throttle plate to close completely, kyle bring me $100 when you get it and ill spend the whole damn day showing and fixing your crap just so we dont have to go through this again, and second votes..........$100 for a whole day with a ase certified tech and get your crap fixed too....
-
IT IS NOT A OVERDRIVE it only changes the shifting point for the tranny while hauling or towing, no extra gears for reduction of rpm it just shifts at different rpms
-
dude does your mom comb your hair, quite being a lazy ass and down load the fsm and read the damn thing, evrything that could go wrong is covered in the fsm
-
i'll let you kids have a pissing match without me cause my 13yr ase master/asa certification dont mean @!*%, and maybe close my shop and sell my race car and buy a powerwheel.
-
which one there are three switches in the pic ones for mirrors one is for the power/tow setting for the tranny, the last is kinda self explanitory actually all of them are
-
page 47 has the system diagnostic steps for the ac system the fsm is stickyed some were here on the forum
-
if your dad isnt a tranny specialist or a certified mechanic chances are he is dead wrong, its normal, if there is not check engine light there will be no codes, vacuum maybe, but it looks 100% normal it does idle lower when its out of gear at the correct rpm level, now if it idles to low in gear you would have a lock-up issue with the torque converter you wanna check for a vacuum leak then do a smoke test
-
its normal put it out of your mind
