What part of BC are you in? Maybe there is a member nearby? I'm in Kamlooops

I run a B&M stacked plate (forget the BTUs) but it's a small little unit (~ 6"x8"?) out front of the rad where it works at 100% efficiency. The stock cooler in the rad is bypassed. Temp is ~150 cruisin' through the mountains pulling a 4x8' utility trailer w/ two motorcycles on it. Works well in the cold winter weather we have here and doesn't make for difficult or hard shifting. I'd put that on if I was to do it all over again.

Replaced ALL upper & lower rear control arm bushings with those fancy red polyurethane bushings from Energy Suspension. Took 2.5 hours. Thankfully my friend Al had a hydraulic press I could use. Rides much better!

2 years on....holding up fine. Sorry, no images as I'm a lousy pic poster. Lets see... I did 2 layers from inside the cab, and then spray bombed rust paint on from underneath. I do a good visual underneath my truck in spring and fall and take care of any wear & tear to get ready for the upcoming "season". Seems like it is holding up...after the exhaust leak was fixed that is... good luck with yours!

another 500 klic trip fully loaded & with trailer. Glad I replaced all suspension bushings, shocks, progressive springs in rear, sway bar endlinks & poly endlink bushings....rides sooooo nice! Just needs more pulling power up those hills. Tranny stays nice & cool @ 180* with that external cooler too!

err, FYI this thread is called "What did you do to your Pathfinder today?" not "What did you talk about doing to your Pathfinder today?"

Loaded it up to the roofline, loaded up the utility trailer with a freezer & drove 500 km. Ran like a champ, but I think my fan clutch is going.

Using a shop vac to vacuum out gas from a gas tank is just plain stupid and dangerous. Do NOT do that!! I can't believe that advice was offered!!

Dude, I have really no idea what the heck project you are on! Regardless, you seem to know what you're talkin'bout so I'll be following your thread, and maybe I'll get schooled!!

Used a gas tank repair putty. Just kneaded it up for a while and stuck it on like chewing gum onto the bottom of the tank. A year and a half it is still holding up perfectly! No leaky tank!

Ordered new $$$ poly bushings for all four rear end links.

I just adjusted my skid plate (which was wearing down from use) and the latch. Everything lines up nicely now, but I still have body flex when I close the spare tire carrier...just not as much as before. I also noticed that the lower mounting bolts on the carrier were not as tight as the uppers. Maybe this had something to do with it?

Bought 'em a 24" breaker bar. Take that "rusted nuts" !!!

Great. Now that I've been reading this thread, my cruise stopped working. I think you jinxed me.

Replaced the rear swaybar end-links. My quest in improving ride quality continues!!
-
Used my sawzall to remove the seized rear swaybar end link on the passenger side. Soon I'll have to attack the driver's side.

Nissan even gives you the tools for free to change your plugs! They are with your factory supplied lug wrench. Nissan encourages you to "do it yourself"
