  1. this one is working, it's on this site under the garage: http://www.nicoclub....002_Pathfinder/
  2. what catback did you use, don't see a Gibson part number for our trucks?
  3. just found this, http://www.lowes.com...pla&cagpspn=pla My grille with the lights in it does not use the stock clip it just has flat tabs with a hole in each one so have to use the clip I posted, they work good
  4. I have that, my mirror seems to move on the mount (at the pivot ball) every time I close my door
  5. upload the pics to a site such as tinypic.com, than you copy and paste the code that says for forums and message boards, that's how I do it.
  6. took my mirror apart today, the glass popped right out of it and than there is a metal plate with 4 screws, once that is removed there is another metal plate with 1 screw, removing that gets you to a piece of plastic that makes up one half of the socket the ball sits in, no way to tighten it so I wrapped the ball in a layer of electrical tape and put it back together. Seems like it is staying in place will see as I drive more.
  7. I usually will grab assorted clips from the junkyard when I go, I know the little rubber bumpers inside the glove box break especially when trying to remove them
  8. I use with my aftermarket grille the plastic license plate clips (but smaller) and regular screws. The stock grille clips I usually put the square part into the grille first and than turn them by hand until they lock in, than push them into the rectangle holes in the radiator support.
  9. glad to hear you figured it out, one less thing to worry about, now on to the next problem. I'm sure you have one, LOL we all do !!
  10. some of the older trucks did not come with the caps on the steering stops, my 87 hardbody did not have them, later models they used the caps, still had to put grease on them though.
  11. I think most of the American Racing wheels had the 3.5" back spacing. We used to deal with them directly at the 4x4 shop I worked with, good guys. They even took my centerlines when I was selling them and polished them for me. I had ordered the centerlines with a 5 " backspacing so the tires would not stick out, but I was running 35's at the time.
  12. What brand adapter is that on the engine side? think I found it, is it a Hayden kit? Looks like it. Part #291
  13. on my 87 hardbody when the tension rod holes got all wallowed ( is that a word?) out, I had plates cut and new holes punched thru them and than a friend just welded them over the stock bracket, even with out the cup for the bushing they worked fine.
  14. what did you pay to have the lines made at Amazon? I called them one day and I forget if I asked for 3' or 2' hoses with AN straight ends on each end and they told me they would be like $20 each, think I asked for the -8 AN connectors
  15. We used to tell our customers when I worked in a 4x4 shop never to buy chrome as the chrome isn't how it used to be, I know you aren't looking for chrome but we always suggested doing black, aluminum (or stainless) or painting the grille guard, bumpers, nerf bars, etc to match the trucks color. Least expensive way for you would to get a black one and paint or have it painted, SS is outrageous in price.
  16. On my 87 hardbody we flipped the top brackets and they worked without the metal drop brackets, later on I did it how you did.
  17. I found this style available in black powder coat or stainless, don't know if this is what you are looking for: http://www.steelcraftautomotive.com/grill_guard.html another one: http://shop.autoanything.com/grille-guards/77A1745A3720143.aspx?w4n=1 2 more: http://www.etrailer.com/gguard-2008_Nissan_Pathfinder.htm?style=&furl=-sf-Full_Coverage_Grille_Guard couple more here: http://www.andysautosport.com/nissan/2005_9999_pathfinder/exterior/grill_guards/
  18. Anytime, hope you can figure out the problem. I had the plastic cover off mine when I re-keyed all my locks but I didn't take any pictures of it to look at, that's why I checked in the FSM, you know you can download the whole FSM thru this link: http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/pathfinder/1995_Pathfinder/ It's good to have.
  19. Sorry if this has been covered already, so was looking on a web site last night and they had a comparison between the tube and fin style VS the plate style, so what is the general consensus in regards to the two different types? Here is the chart I was looking at:
  20. when you turn the key clockwise it unlocks the window and turning counter clockwise should unlock the door, If you are talking about the plastic adjuster screw like is shown in the diagram below on the left (follow the arrow), it does show that it has a specification for being in adjustment. Can you have someone turn the key to unlock the door while watching what goes on inside the door? FSM diagram below:
  21. so your saying yours won't lock/unlock with the power lock button and or with the key?
  22. so no loss in power so it's not a bad ignition wire. I was going to say oil pressure but it would normally be the opposite, low at low RPM and higher at high RPM. What oil brand, grade and filter are you using?
