  1. Nope, it was fun though... only thing still in the car was the steering column. Surprised I didn't take a picture of that... I take pictures of everything.
  2. Wonder if I have a pic of my supra when I did its heater core... combs photobucket, bbl
  3. maybe remove the stereo and get it installed properly?
  4. There is a pinned topic about hubs, but the 94 d21 with v6 should have 28 spline hubs, same as your 91 wd21.
  5. Guess it's only relevant to the r50s, but here is the thread in question. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=27598
  6. I swear I read in a thread somewhere that the SE and XE trucks were different in the steering ratio. something like 3.0 turns for the SE, and 3.2 for the XE, something to do with the different tire sizing options.
  7. uh, what? at 146k miles, if the transmission hasn't been serviced, do it. Also, English.
  8. definitely clean the radiator, but if that doesn't help, your water pump or thermostat could be bad. With a non-spinning water pump the cold and hot water will still move through the system, one reason why it's necessary to have a proper radiator cap that keeps the system pressurized.
  9. just gotta change the speedo gear on the transfer case.
  10. I was doing about 70mph when I went over the camera.
  11. I miss my supra... My hybrid 6M 3.0 liter motor I swapped in (Stock 7M-GTE bottom end, stock 5M head) sexy noises now this one is worth watching it all Never got around to getting it to the dyno, but I guess about 160hp and 200+ torque to the wheels, and these are estimates from playing around with other cars that had dyno sheets.
  12. backing up to turn around on the trail, I hit my exhaust on a low stump which broke the hangers and shoved it into one of my shocks.
  13. I whacked a rancho good but there is still no binding in the whole travel of the shock. I just need to get a new eyelet bushing for it (that's just how hard I whacked it!)
  14. I bought a couple Rancho RS5000's new and they came with boots. so I would figure since there are boots in the photos, that boots come with them. They are optional though and only held on by zipties, at least that's how it was on my Ranchos.
  15. you're doing it wrong, you know the coils aren't supposed to touch right?
  16. I'm not sure about the cluster issues in the 93. The round dash trucks are a bugger! I know from personal experience. I luckily found a good one in a junkyard rig. Your master switch may be bad as already suggested. Can you roll the rear windows down with their own independent switches and then roll them up from the master switch? When I got my truck, I could roll the passenger window down with the master switch, but not up.
  17. I was wondering what that purple wire on my column was for. Now I know that all it needs is a 12v source for the fogs to act independent of the headlights.
  18. i dont even like putting my spare on the tire carrier... but then again, I have 14 year old girly arms...
  19. a 95 is going to be 28 spline there is a pinned thread with all this information in 'the garage' http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=25662
  20. Kingman pretty much covered it. for $500 bucks, you couldn't go wrong! Even looks like it has a matching Lego wheel on the tire carrier instead of the useless factory spare they included with the SE trucks.
  21. that would be such a pain if you ever needed to change your tire...
  22. The rubber boots, if they are ripped or torn, are only 25$ or so from the dealer. Reduces noise and heat from the engine getting into the passenger compartment. Also, be sure to specify year. my 95 had a torn boot, and I found a good one in the junkyard out of a 92-93, and it was a different shape. and yes, I was sure to get a boot out of an auto. when they changed the center console design, the boot(s) also changed.
  23. Shoot, it's almost worth it to drive to Chile and sell it! I'd give you two grand, maybe. I don't like chrome, or red interior.
  24. perhaps I should look at the tag on mine and see.
  25. i was also under the assumption that the stock unit was 60 amps.
