  1. Top idea Aaron I was thinking of a DVD, but that's getting a bit carried away
  2. My fav is this guy Anyway back on topic I normally go 50Km after the light comes on, but I only half fill it. Prolly from my motorbkie days (Harder to pull a wheelie with 23L of gas on board ) I did run it REAL LOW one day, drove around a corner....Splutter....OH NO. Turned around and crawled to the gas station. I went to put my foot down a bit but she didn't like that
  3. Well I picked my user name before my Pathfinder turned up, I thought it was a Terrano like most here in NZ. I was going to have Terrano, but it was already taken "Big D" comrade. So TerranoNZ am I, Or TNZ/Tex for short I use the same name on youtube
  4. Great pics Last weekend I had to tow out a guy and his Mrs. I was on my way out and they were on the side of the road. Had to drive up a track about 1Km to get to their Smurf They were VERY grateful
  5. Nothing special just spanners/socket set. The hinge is also "glued" so once the nuts are off you'll need to shake it to crack the seal. BTW they are heavy Door locks are a piece of cake, **Wear leather gloves** I pulled the front door lock clip a while back, slipped and put a big cut in my finger.....Many words were used.... Few can be repeated in a public forum
  6. You might want to try the function next time Here http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=15507 Or try PMing Redpath88
  7. Your right LD50 it does bolt on to the other side
  8. Auto of manual? Auto's have a signal wire going to the auto ECU that you'll need to lengthen Not a hard job at all. I learnt the hard way.
  9. I just did that last night when I changed my water pump, except fer the coil lead thing
  10. I'd say balance...I take it that your wheels aren't packed with mud. So many country people bring in cars that have mud built up on the wheels, if they washed the mud off it'd probably be I had a wheel bearing collapse on me in town (in an old car) brake pedal went all the way to the floor.......NOT nice
  11. Yeah......more horses under the hood
  12. Slick has Mile Markers. There are no 28 spline Super Winch hubs.....trust me
  13. Yes provided that it has the same holes in it. You need to get inside the hatch (removing the trim) and push the clips together. Pops out not a prob
  14. Here's the rear view cover off. See the 2 tabs (and the munched up side ) Does require a lot of force to remove it. This has 3 clips, I think I fed a screwdriver down the guts to pop them. Inside the red circle is a hook that needs to be pulled up. Good luck
  15. I think I've still got these parts lying around some where. I can take pics in the morning so you can see what type of clips hold them on.
  16. Took me a while to find this again. When I did my oil relo kit I needed to get the nuts into a small space. So I used insulation tape to hold it in the spanner. Worked great BTW I telescopic magnets
  17. From memory if you lever the top of it with a flat screwdriver. It pops off If you want I can go out n remove mine and take a pic so you know what your dealing with.
  18. All Pathfinders are IFS ......Unless someone's SAS'd it. Well to date anyway
  19. DO IT! not that I'm biased 2dr's ROCK Here is how they Hold up with just Rancho's, mud tyres and no swaybars
  20. 1/2 hr my A$$ What'd they use? A nail file Well your problems fixed anyway...Lets focus on that
  21. Damn...Why is this so expensive over there? NZ Firestone Rotation = Free Puncture = Free Balance = $60 for all 4 at the most. Still not worth the drive though
