  1. Are we talking about the line from the master cylinder to the rear axle?
  2. Thanks for the pics, are those the stock grille covers?? I got some Sony Xplod 6x9's that I was going to try and install. I also just ordered some 4" front speakers from crutchfield. While speaking of front speakers how does that door panel come off?
  3. what is the depth size in inches for the ceiling mount?
  4. Thanks, I think that antenna in the front window plays more a part then we think when it comes to radio reception.
  5. Well I butchered the antenna mast. Did you ever feel like something was working fine and you went and messed with it and made it worst? It had a little stubby still left inside and reception was fine but I had to go mess with it. Even after butchering it the reception is still fine. I would replace the whole thing but I think that involves taking the whole fender off. Correct me if am wrong.
  6. Well gas leak is repaired, did what I said and just cut it out and put rubber fuel lines. Now onto my rear seal that's leaking, it never ends.
  7. Without starting another thread......... My frame is not rusting through, but there is a fair amount of rust so am wondering, without going crazy with it and seeing how the rust is making itself work from outside in if I was to just spray paint her undercarriage down would it buy me some time?
  8. If you only bought it 2 months ago from a dealer I would bring it back there, it has to have at least a 90 day warranty.
  9. Just out of curosity was this vehicle used to tow. 90,000 miles and your tranny is going is kinda sad. I wouldn't blame you if you sold it. New tranny fluid and filter is not going to reverse the damage that was already done, it may buy you more time but I can't see it being a lot of time. The fact is the tranny's in these trucks suck and further suck if you do any towing with them.
  10. It's the area where it passes the rear springs, so you were pretty close, I believe it's the return line and therefore explaning why I still had good pressure on the tank.
  11. Thanks guys, you just saved me some aggravation
  12. The seal on my rear differential is leaking, what's entailed here, just drop the drive shaft? What I'm I to expect?
  13. Well it's a corroded fuel line.....I plan on just cutting out the corroded area and putting a rubber hose with some clamps.
  14. Stupid question but did the $500 include the parts? I'm about an hour away from Poughkeepsie.
  15. Thank You all for the input, especially the lengthy one. It would of took me days to research all of that so I do appreciate it. I may go with the sheraton fallsview hotel instead, more money but it's suppose to be really nice.
  16. I know there is alot of Canadian people on this board who may be able to offer some input on a small vacation am planning in August to Niagara Falls with my wife. Any suggestions on hotels, attractions, food. I'm not even sure if I need a passport or not? Of course I will be driving my Pathy up there from NYC and wondering how long a ride it is. I'm leaning towards staying at the Skyline Inn. Any input will be appreciated.
  17. Point taken...............
  18. Thanks guys for the suggestions, I sprayed it down with febreeze today and I'll see what results I get from that. What's funny is the smell got stronger after I scrubbed them, maybe the bacteria odors were starting to lift out, may need a couple of scrubings.
  19. I kinda hope it's not the fuel tank. I'm starting to loose patience with this truck, I didn't want to turn it into the money pit. It runs really good and the tranny is strong but am wondering if things are just gonna start going one by one. It's a northeast truck and am starting to wonder if I made a mistake.
  20. Yep the guy could of been a real idiot and took full advantage to the fact that your on vacation. I guess your example is the reason why I just changed my water pump.
  21. Is there a vapor line near the gas tank somewhere? I have this strong gas smell even without the motor running at the rear of my truck mainly at the passenger rear wheel well. even if you put your nose by the gas fill door you can smell this gas smell. I looked and everything is dry.
  22. The thing with my rear seats is they are giving off a mildew like smell. I think someone put something very wet on the seats and there badly stained and giving off a funky smell even after scrubbing the **** out of them. I see two bottom rear seats at the junk yard for $50
  23. Actually including parts it's a fair price, thing is am sure there aftermarket parts.
  24. Dam! that one on ebay went for $1550
  25. First off remove your cell phone number your asking for trouble. I do know of a 91 for sale but it's in NYC.
