    CUP HOLDER!

My old 2002 Sentra...same thing...worst cup holders imaginable. My story: Mickey-D's came out with those large size "fit in your cup holder" cups a few years back (you know...the ones with the smaller bottoms that everyone has now) and I had one in mine. The cup holders in a B15 Sentra are in FRONT of the stick (it was a 6 speed) so upon accelerating hard from a light, into third gear, **BAM**, front of stick shift kidney punches the side of the cups, exploding the top off of it and subsequently, overflowing the shift boot with sticky Coke (let alone, soaking the carpet) Japanese don't believe in drinking and driving...unless it's Sake.
  2. LOL I was going to say the SAME thing And it's WHITE, to boot (however, not an LE) That truck looks great, keep up the good work!
  3. Got mine a few days ago...a nice new 4GB flash drive (geez...my old computer had a 4GB hard rive!!) Thank you very much to whoever my SS was (you know who you are) I'd post a pic of it but my dog ate my USB cable for my digi. cam
  4. Cig. lighter...that's where I ran my CB, and you've also got a good ground right there as well.
  5. :chairfall: Only you, Fueler!! Man I needed a good laugh!
  6. That thing's far too tall. Sure it's strong, but that's about it.
  7. See, we've been using E 10 for the better part of a year now and I never noticed any sort of MPG reduction. Oh late, however, it' a different story...probably close to 14 MPG or so, down from about 16. Yikes...and the price of a gallon keeps going up!
  8. Oh, sorry, they look bigger than that...how deceiving.
  9. Those look like implants...don't think they'll get rid of the noise
  10. You can remove that fairing from the front, and as far as I know still keep the rest of the rack. Mine does the same thing and there's a TSB on this. The dealer actually has a repair kit for it which I'm sure is a complete, overpriced waste of $$. My advice? Remove it or learn to deal with it (that's what I've learned to do)
  11. For me...Here's a list to help my SS with some ideas... School supplies are always good...nice pens (packs of BICs are fine, black ink) Mechanical pencils w/ #2 lead 8 1/2" X 11 College Ruled filler paper A nice flash drive would be cool...I have a 512 mb one but am looking for a larger capacity ( 1 gb, 2 gb, etc) IPOD NANO!! w00t!! A really really really great, cool gift would be a nice pen that says Nissan on it, or even a coffee mug with the Nissan logo, or *gasp* a Pathfinder logo! Couldn't think of a better way to enjoy my morning cup of coffee each day That's about all I can think of...this was pretty much the stocking stuffer list I gave to my wife (oops) Hope my SS gets some good ideas from here
  12. So much for the advertising for nissanpathfinders.com I have on the sides of my truck!
  13. ^^ Yeah me neither...looks like another one undertook a job and bailed...sort of reminds me of all the people who've said they'd make decals for us
  14. I read an ebay listing for one that read something like, "makes your truck look like a serious off roading machine..." or something to that extent, LOL! By the time you realize you've exceeded your trucks danger angle you're already picking your change bin's contents off of the headliner.
  15. ebay is your friend Lot's of cheap clinometer's as well as some more expensive ones from overseas. Start your search there. Installation? Find a hot lead for the red wire on the back of the clinometer, find a nut that's attatched to metal with no plastic in between for the black wire (ground)...solder/crimp/splice/etc and you're done.
  16. Wow...just wow. Nice pics 5523! I love it...finally a US Nissan sports car with the biggest most important gauge centered in the dash...the tach. Kind of reminiscent of the 911 in that respect.
  17. I don't think they do...but IIRC some company's shocks required you to specify 96-99 or 99.5+, so you may be right. Even so, it can't be that much of a difference.
  18. Also, avoid the 5000's as well. I've found out the hard way these are stiff as hell, unless there's a load in the rear...then they're a lot more road friendly. Off road with no load they're incredibly punishing.
  19. Random is better...that way, if someone doesn't hold up their end of the stick and keep the line going, not everyone else has to suffer (just the one person whose suppossed to be receiving from them...not that that's any better!! )
  20. Thanks, I'll look into them as well.
  21. What I REALLY want to avoid is that annoying early morning squeaking from the pads being cold.
  22. Do you have any personal experience with them? Raybestos...any good? Looking at about $30 a set, full ceramic.
  23. I'm in the market for new pads and rotors for my '02. I've got the rotors chosen but really have no idea about what types of pads to be looking into. I'm going to go for ceramic obviously, but as far as brands...I really don't know much about any. What has everybody used? What should I be on the lookout for? Thanks.
  24. LMFAO! No, not a puppy. 5 Kittens or bunnies possibly Would you attempt to pet a Canadian Goose's young and kiss it's mother for a goldfish in a bowl?
  25. If I did that, I'd most certainly be in no shape to enjoy my meal would I Would you walk from coast to coast for the hell of it?
