  1. SWEET A$$! I'll be ordering a couple after I get back from Colorado. I'm thinking about Hunter green since my Pathy is hunter green. Yellow would stick out though to promote....Hhhmmmmmm? Will get back with ya on that.
  2. I think I might just hold off on the BL. If I'm going to run into some of these issues. It would be better to be home instead of hundreds of miles away. I'll have to hit a local JY for an extra steering shaft. What kind of price should I be looking at? Thanks for all your info fellas!
  3. OK all you Colorado Pathy owners! I'm heading out to your area the 15th of this month. Unfourtunately with out my bl on and larger tires. Will be in Vegas that Wed-Fri. Would there be anybody with the experience and time willing to help out? We would need a garage or something also. My buddy doesn't have one. I called 4X4Parts and Performance in Westminster and they said they couldn't put it on since I didn't buy it from them. What a crock of shiot! If I win it BIG in Vegas, I would love to get it on and get new 33's and wheels for the Pathy and go playing. Let me know if we can work something out! Thanks in advance! Oh yeah, did I mention I'm buying the beer and food to feed ya?
  4. Yeah, I just thought that keeping everything all Nissan would be cool. Oh well!
  5. That was pretty cool. For everyone else out there that doesn't own a Nissan and didn't like the ad......TRUTH HURTS! Commercial is just telling you'll the way it is.
  6. Just a thought. I was thinking afterwards and yes......dealing with the off-set of the pumkin. Wasn't thinking about having to off-set that towards the driver's side of the vehicle. All the welding and gearing and lining up the knuckles. I guess if you have the time, spare axle, and the equipment to fart around with it, then go for it. Unfourtunately now, I don't have a garage to fart around with things now. F'ing women! Oh well, just keep us updated on the progress. Take pic's if possible during the process.
  7. How soon are you looking into doing this? Yes Please! Keep us posted.
  8. Ok, so if I'm thinking about doing a SAS someday.....I've heard that the Nissan axles are really tough. What do you think about using a rear axle for the front? Is it possible?
  9. Thanks guys! I did get the rear hatch fixed. Just adjusted the latch bar that is bolted down in the cargo area. I tapped it just a little towards the front of the Pathy and tightened it down. Works like a charm and YEAH -bounce- -bounce- -bounce- it also fixed my light issue I had. For the longest time I had my dome lights turned off and disconnected the lights under the dash cause they would ficker on and off. Idiot light on the dash for door open would come on also. Funniest little things that effect other things.
  10. Worked the other day, but yesturday the darn thing won't open. I've tried locking and unlocking the automatic locks. I hear the lock clicking (locking/unlocking) but when I grab the handle to open the rear hatch, nothing! Anyone have a clue on what I can do? Has this happened to any of you? Another thing.....My blower motor or shold I say the switch on the dash for the heat and AC won't blow or work when I flip it to 4. 1,2, & 3 work fine, but not 4. Would it be a bad spot in the blower motor or a connection not meeting up when the knob is flipped to 4? Thanks for all your help guys & ladies!
  11. You got me on that one! Not too sure. According to my Chilton.....You are doing things correct. When the lights blink 3 times, is it 3 for the red and 3 for the green, or both blink at the same time? If they are seperate, a code 33 is your exhaust gas sensor circuit. I had similar things like that about a year or two ago. Mine was my knock sensor. Easy, but a PITA to get too. Have to tear the whole upper components of the intake and lower intake off to get to it. It's bolted to the block. Dead center towards the rear of the block. Good luck!
  12. Simon! Yes, they do have airbags. My '94 SE has one. Just drivers side though.
  13. Hang in there Marcel! Going through the same crap. It's really too bad that there is children in the middle of it. I've got two young boys in the middle. Hang in there and keep your head high......Just remember, it's tough, but Take the HIGH ROAD. DO NOT stoop to her level!
  14. Speaking of mufflers.....I'm getting ready in the middle of April to put my headers on and run dual exhaust. I'm running the dual pipes and mufflers on the driver's side to eliminate the potential hazzard of the fuel lines on the passengers side. The mufflers I'm putting on are Sound Solution. Has anyone heard of these and have you heard them?
  15. Here's one Pathy toy I've purchased...
  16. I have to also say I pulled one out today. He just about went over a revine. Pulled him out and took him home. Truck wasn't driveable. On behalf of Jim.....I'm going through the same thing right now and he will pull out of it. @!*% Happens sometimes and you need to keep moving forward and be there for yourself and the kids if you have any! I have two little ones and to be honest, I hope he doesn't have to go through the crap I've had and having to with having the two boys. Keep the Faith JIM!
  17. Hey Pickles.....That's what I was going to do if I ever got my Stroker put in. Run like a ram-air scooped hood on the pathy. It would look similar to Mr. Jim's hood, but actually be functional.
  18. Ok, I'm getting scared now.....I have a credit with L&P and was wanting to get over there this Spring before heading out to CO. Getting the CL and a few things upgraded. I've been happy with my Calmini lift. Was thinking about other Calmini products, but thought since I have a credit with L&P I should take advantage of it. What's a guy to do?
  19. Thanks for the info....Yes, 88, I'm planning on putting my cooler on also. That is how the tranny came from the shop. That's the only way they would do it for the warrenty. Cool with me if it's all the same price. Just getting a new radiator. I guess I should spend the extra $50 and get the Warn hubs then....Once I get most of the things done, pic's will come after. I hope to get some awsome ones in CO also.
  20. '89 to '95 have compatible parts, but once you get to '96 to '00 or newer, they are different. You might have to check with a shop or dealership to be precise. Good luck with that!
  21. YES, I must agree with MWS on over tightening. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT over tighten. You can have an issue like this one.....Darn pic's....SuperSon.....You might want to loosen yours up. They are suppose to be 80 ft lbs.
  22. :sniff: Alright! It's been forever since I've been on. Keeping everyone updated on my progress. 230,000 miles later, the Pathy is in the shop for a new tranny and radiator and rear seal. Thought the tranny was going, but just low on fluid. With that many miles and getting ready for a trip to Colorado this May. Better have everything running right. Never knew that when replacing the tranny, you should replace the radiator also due to proper flow. Oh well, it's something new. Getting a few guys together to get the BL on, then doing the headers and exhaust, new gas tank and fuel pump, manual hubs.....speaking of that.....I would love the Warns, but trying to save some money with everything else going on.. Anyone out there running with Milemarkers? Cheaper than Warns and crap...what are they? Superwinch? Then the big purchase of tires and wheels. Going with Kumho Road Adventure MT KL71's. 33X12.5X15's on rockcrawlers or something simular. If I ever find my sugar moma, I'll get my Lock-right for the rear and snorkle, and who knows whatelse. There you go. Planning on having most of the above ready and done by May. Would love to wheel with some of you Colorado natives once I get out there. Planning on being out in the area, minus Vegas and San Diego for two weeks. Heading in those areas for some LADIES!
  23. I"m going with the RMS! I have the same thing going on. The guy that had the Pathy before me said he change it, but might not have got all the bolts tight enough. Said it was a bitch getting the some of them. I figured once I have the tranny/torque converter looked at or worked on, I'll have the RMS replaced also, since the tranny needs to be pulled.
