There are a few Pathy owners out there that have thrown a 350 or a 302 in them. I'm still thinking about throwing a 350 in mine. That's why I've been thinking about getting a 2nd Pathy for my everyday driver.
-
Davekell, It's about time I see someone who knows how to pick a REAL TEAM for football! I have many miles on my '94 and I'm still getting 15-18 mpg with a leaking tank and an exhaust leak. Wouldn't the Pathy run rough also if the plugs were gapped wrong? Wouldn't be firing right. Let us know what you find out. Good luck!

Speaking of two Pathy's....I saw one on the wat to work the other night. Stopped by this morning to look at it. '95 4dr. white. Solid frame and body and very clean interior. 135,000 miles automatic for $3700. What do you think I can get it for? Thinking about having one for everyday and doing my '94 up for off-roading since I've already done the lift and things to it.

 Thanks guys!

:help: The other night I was going to work and the interior lights began to flicker off & on. The "door open" dash indicator light was flickering also. Sometimes it's on and sometimes it's off. I ended up shutting the dome light off and just delt with the underdash lights and the door open dash light. I checked some of the grounds and even took off the negative battery cable and cleaned the terminal and cable clamp off and put it all back together. Started the Pathy and went for a drive......I'm thinking now -bounce- -bounce- -bounce- YEAH, it's fixed. Didn't do anything all day, until later that night. F'er started back up flickering........WTH? :furious: Is there something I'm missing? Other connecters or something? Thanks for all your imput!

Yeah, 4X4parts...That's where I bought mine, and getting ready to put mine on. Wanting to get a few guys over first. The more bodies the faster it will go. Like they say, "more heads are better than one." Good luck with your lift!

:sniff: :sniff: Didn't get to get the headers on today like I wanted. My soon to be ex planned a b-day party for the youngest, which just turned three today. I needed to be here for him, so I postponed the install. Due to the postponing, I'm going to try to get the BL on first, then the headers/exhaust. With me moving next week, I will not have a garage anymore to do all my work in. :furious: Gotta love women, NOT! No offense to the females on the site, but I'm very bitter right now as you couldn't tell. Oh well, F'em! Once I get things straighten out and done, pic's will be taken.
-
I was originally wanting to do the BL first, but can't get enough guys together at the same time to get it done with me. It's my everyday driver, so it needs to be done in a weekend no matter what. I'll keep you'll posted.

I need to -alcohol- some more.....I'm planning on yanking all the interior carpet out and doing this too it once I have another vehicle to drive for everyday. The Pathy will be my off-roading toy for good. I also want to put safari doors on all four doors or do something like what 87Pathy done with his doors. Looks good with the two door, but would have to do all four or something else. Good luck with everything!

I've never had that problem with my Pathy, but I did have that problem with my '65 Mustang the other month. Went to fill the tank and I was only able to get $3.00 in the tank. Gas was up to the edge of the filler neck. Weird as hell I thought. I began to rock and bounce the car to burp it and it went down a little, but not enough. Drove it for a few miles and looked at it once I got it back into the garage and it was all gone. Yeah, Wierd! I think it has something to do with the filler hose or a huge air bubble or something. Good luck with that.

-bounce- -bounce- -bounce- I'm sooo HAPPY! The 14th & 15th I will be installing my headers and the dual exhaust. After that, I need to have someone take a look at my torque converter/tranny to get everything running well for winter. Then the BL goes on once I can get a few guys to help. I've decided to keep the Pathy and move ahead. It's paid for and I know what's been done to it. Will take pic's and post once each step is done. Wish me luck, since all I've heard is the headers are a PITA!

I have the same thing going on....The dome light, under the dash light, and my door open dash light indicator comes on. It stays on for awhile and flashes on and off when I hit certain bumps in the road. Buddy of mine said it sounds like a loose connection with a ground wire some where... I looked over the negative battery cable and a few others, but nothing. I wish I had the money and the time to gut the darn truck and get a new wire harness for aeverything. Body off frame restoration and du it up right. I'll just keep dreaming!

Beautiful Job! So, since no one has asked......What are you charging for those? For us that would love to fab one of those up, but don't have the welders and the welding knowledge such as myself.
-
Once I have some time, I'll get things going and take a few pic's and post. The drain plug is just like the oil pan. It's on the bottom of the tranny. I just filled up with the amount I took out. Things are running alot smoother. (knock on wood). A buddy of mine mentioned that it sounds like the torque converter might be going instead of the tranny. It would be much cheaper than a tranny overhaul. Anyone done that yet?
-
I have a drain plug on the tranny pan. Love it! It's just about done. Still trying to figure out the darn tranny cooler. It says a 1/2 of labor time. I think I'm making it look harder than it really is. I have the hose clamped on the cooler. Figuring out where to mount it. I want it in front of the condensor, but doesn't look like there is enough room. I suppose I'll yank the grille off and get dirty. The diagram shows one hose going to the radiator and another going to the tranny. Did anyone have to use the copper attachment that came with the kit?

I hear your pain! If I sell it like it is, I wouldn't get too much out of it, so I want to finish everything up. Really love my Pathy and owe nothing on it and know what's been done to it. Really don't want another car payment right now. I do need a more dependable vehicle for the near future. :sniff: Things are going south between the wife and I and I might be going through a divorce and possibly moving to Bolder/Denver area or to Milwaukee. So, I feel your pain. Good luck on the marriage. Wish you the best! Hope you have better luck than I did. I hope she isn't a selfish individual like my wife! I could go on and on, but won't bore everyone! Peace!

Ok, I have a quick question....Started my Pathy up this morning and put it into reverse and it stalled. Three times, so the fourth time I put it in reverse and kept the foot on the gas and went on my merry way. The tranny fluid needs to be changed. I was looking in the manual and it states that 9 pints are needed for an auto. tranny. I didn't realize it took that much? If the are 16oz in a pint, that means I need 144 oz. for the job? Seems like a lot! Info would be appreciated. Thanks! Also, filler up by the dip stick tube? Really don't want to drop the pan again and fill majority of it that way.

That's OK! We had a blast. Didn't get to go white water rafting or off-roading, but we went hiking for a few days. AWSOME! Following droppings and tracks of mountain lions and bears Oh my! Didn't get too close, but was awsome. Played close to the snow caps. Beautiful area out there. If I could, I would be moving out there in a heartbeat! Planning on getting everything I've been trying to get done to my Pathy for next Spring. Told my buddy I'll drive out and bring gear and the Pathy for some off-roading. Will keep in touch so hopefully a bunch of us can meet up. Have a little NPORA gathering in CO. :gossip: -alcohol-  Love the Video AK! I knew you were out there some where. Would love to go off-roading in that rig. Looks like it is ready for whatever you throw at it. Good luck to all!

We'll be leaving Iowa around 8-9am central time. We are thinking that we'll be there around 6ish. Depends on how long our stops are on the way. Thinking that we'll stop two or three times. He has a cat on board, so might be a few more times. What does Tues or Wed look for ya?

Give me a buzz once you figure things out. My number is 1-800-HOTSEX! Just kidding man! It's 515-710-4996. Again my name is Travis. That would be cool if we could hook up and have a beer or something!

Hey all you Colorado Pathy's....Will be moving a buddy of mine out there Monday. Westminster is where we will be. We were really wanting to see if any of you would be out and about wheeling? Have a couple of empty seats in your Pathy? We were thinking about renting a JEEP and going off-roading on some trails, but would rather be in a Pathy to see what it can do. Unfourtunately, wont be able to bring my Pathy out or we would drive that and meet up. Gotta fly back Thursday, so we have Tuesday and Wednesday to play. Might try some river rafting, but not too sure. Would be great if I could meet some local NPORA members so I can put a face with the name and have some hook-ups for the future. Thanks all for your replies! Travis

 Holy Sh*t! I'm glad nothing has happen to my Pathy! I could've sworn that V6's took 5 quarts of oil. Taking in effect the little that gets into the filter. I just changed mine two days ago and put 5 quarts in. When I drained the oil and put back in the quarts for recycling purposes, I only filled three quarts. My rear seal must really leak more than I think. With putting a quart more in then needed, wouldn't you think that would make the truck run rough or something? Should I drain some out to be on the safe side? I figured if I end up pulling the tranny out if it goes belly up, I'll replace the rear seal then.

I know the fig's on many cars Green. I've raced in the past with my '65 Stang & '73 Mach 1. What I should've added was, "Don't act and drive like you own the road or know how to race your car if you have NO CLUE on how to drive the thing!" I should've had my A$$ handed too me, but didn't!

LMAO!!!!!! I have to add one to this! My wife was in our 2003 Altima 2.5 and I was in my '94 Pathy. Very light car vurses the very heavy Pathy. I dropped it in low and we both punched it when the light turned green. I was sooooooo proud of my Pathy and I think it shocked the Sh*t out of my wife on how even we were until she started to pull away. I also gave a sporty Mercedes a run for his money with the Altima. Don't think he'll be dogging Nissan's for awhile.....

I loved my CLAMINI shocks that came with the lift kit. With my wonderful situation lately, they are nolonger on the truck and now I have Rancho RS5000's. Don't really want to knock them cause Rancho is a good brand/company, but not liking them over the CALMINI's. Does anyone know who manufactures CALMINI's shocks? Just curious!
