No worries, I don't know the weight of the ARB but the KMA is pretty Heavy (definitely a two man lift), I added a bunch of extra things like Grille & Light guards + Light bar to mount lights and even a CB antenna tab. I'm interested in the rear bumper as well, but I'm not sure I like the rear departure angle. Morpheus and Michigan Ave. were my biggest influences in getting my rig to this point......If you get a chance check out Michigan Ave.'s rig!!!!! My fav on NPORA!

I used 4 out of the 6 bolts and welded to the frame.

I was considering getting a high output alternator (190amp) and/or a second battery set-up.

Well, after 10 months of constant touring (Ted Nugent, Dream Theater, Transatlantic, Iron Maiden Tour (w/ DT) & Avenged Sevenfold) I'm finally home to start getting some "Goodies" put on my 96 Pathfinder...... Here's the KMA "Wincher" Bumper which I order in Mid April and was delivered in Early June......There was a lot of complaints about turnaround time, but I think it was worth the wait. Before Stock Picture After stripping away the PLASTIC! Had to do some trimming to get the bumper to properly fit & mount. Finally Installed! I'll be wiring the turn signal lights on today.....I have a FULL set of PIAA's to put up on the roof 4-Front & 2-Rear as well as some lights on the front of the bumper! And, Obviously a Winch (I got a WARN M8000) Other "Goodies" I have waiting to install.....Missing Link & Rocky Road SupperSliders (those will go on this week)

Here are my WESTIN Tail Light Guards on my 96...... Also my NEW (to me) Updated taillights thanks to fellow NPORA member "HFX Pathfinders" who I got them from!

Great Job....so in your best guesstimation, how much money did you happen to spend on this project???? -
Is there an exact write up for the 1996-1999.5 R50's.....I'm planning on putting off road lights as well as a winch. Is the a direct bolt on Alt. ???? in 90 or 120?

Rear view Mirror temp and Compass issue
OfftourRoadie96 replied to giddyuppony's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Sorta thread jacking....I want to know if a overhead console like the one described above will fit and wire with an overhead console that only came with the pair of dome lights sunroof controls and sunglasses holder???? I've contemplated getting one from a junkyard but never took mine apart to see if the wires for the compass and temp would be in my 96? -
That's what I want to hear! So do you think a total of 6" of lift will make a difference using 33 x 12.5 x 15's ..... More lift should help with fender clearance?? Yes? I also plan to put a KMA Winch Bumper as well should add plenty of weight up front.
-
I have 15 x 8 wheels with 3.75" BS.....I plan to do a 6" total lift (2" AC + 4" SFD) what ideal size tire would work in my case? Or do I need to buy 16" rims?
-
If using a 15" x 8" wheel would you still use 3.75" BS? I want to keep my same wheels (if possible) & 2" AC Springs + 4" SFD so it would be Approx 6" lift, what would be a better tire fit 33" or 35" x 12.5????

I didn't want to JACK your awsome thread, but i had a bunch of questions over here KR FAB Vendor Section -
I basically copied Michigan Ave (NPORA MEMBER) I think he's got the baddest Pathy around! I got it from KMA and got the same Bumper options as well, I know it will fit!
-
Don't hold your breath, I'm currently touring with the band Avenged Sevenfold, won't be home long enough to install, maybe by Spring 2011, LOL!
-
No, I paid an Extra $25 Bucks for them to basically "Spray Paint" is Gloss Black.....My next purchase will be Sliders (Rocky Road Super Sliders).
-
As expected it took a while but it looks like my bumper from KMA is finished I ordered it back in March 2010.......Hope its worth the wait......Kyle from KMA sent me a pic of the "Finished" bumper......Thanks To MORPHEUS and MICHIGAN AVE. for the inspiration!!!!! Should be shipped out soon......Now I just have to actually be home long enough to put it on!!!! KMA BUMPER for 96-99 Pathfinder

I have a Yakima rack system on my rig.....But you want the fairing to fit the rack or what ever your have up there, not the truck itself!
