Do you forsee a price break in buying ALL 5 pieces???

Sorry for the thread jump....but you mentioned the bigger brakes....can this be an upgrade on my 96.....can bigger brakes be put on?

My 96 SE came with the Dual Visors and HomeLink. When I Lived in full time in Maryland I had a Garage Door Opener but was unsuccessful in linking them to my visor.....found different sites which explained "how to" but it never happened, Oh Well. Are there any other uses for the HomeLink??? There are 3 Buttons!

In all honesty, I was torn between the SFD or a Winch Bumper & Sliders.....I went with the Bumper & Sliders...... REALISTICALLY, It would be another year before dropping another $1500+! I'll definitely get it done thou.

Despite some bad experiences for other NPORA members, I'm going with a "The Wincher" from Kennesaw Mountain Accessories KMA Bumper I'm going with a cross between NPORA Member "Michigan Ave" and "Morpheus" bumper styles, I LOVE WHAT THEY"VE DONE WITH THEIR R50's! I'm ordering mine with a Winch style bumper with Grille and Light Guards with a fog light bar and turn signals and a CB Antenna mount tab. Its my understanding, that production and delivery are a bit on the slow side, but I'm willing to wait! I'll be ordering sometime next week! When I first lifted my truck, I saw a couple of side by side pictures of stock vs. lifted Pathfinders......That's what pretty much inspired me to get my AC Lift! Does anyone have pictures of a Lifted Pathfinder vs. SFD & Lifted Pathfinder????.....They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, maybe it will get my butt moving faster into getting a SFD Kit!

I had the same problem, same code for O2 Sensor, i had to get mine fix fast due to emission testing in my state.....I had a shop fix it for $160USD. I believe its after the Cat Conv. as well, not 100% thou.

Try your local u-haul too, they did mine pretty cheap & an extra $5 got me a lifetime Rust through warranty.

Same happened to me......Its been like this for 2 yrs now......I had a new sensor put in, but still has not fixed it......Its not my daily driver and I travel alot so wasn't in a major hurry to fix....also, mine is a manual transmission, so I didn't think it was a big deal to leave as is until I get around to fixing! I've been using my GPS as a Speedometer, And I'm the original owner, so I know how many miles are on the vehicle! Expect a couple hundred bucks for the part alone.....Dealer only Part.

I was curious too....I have a 96 that did NOT come with the rear tire carrier....I assume you would need a stronger support mounting surface due to the heavy weight of a FULL SIZE TIRE??? I would think there would be just sheet metal back there if it didn't come stock with the carrier, to try to mount one I think it would just rip the metal?

I just recently got back from AUSTRALIA on my last tour and Man, am I JEALOUS, Almost every Patrol I saw there had an ARB or Custom Look Bumper and Snorkel! I AGREE the D22 Snorkel than VENGEFUL did looked the best on the r50.....NO SUBFRAME CUTTING!

I've got the Yakima system on my rig which I love! I've tried using my factory bars but not as sturdy as the Yakima bars I replaced them with. Too much flex with the factory bars! I've added a cargo basket which is great for extra cargo!

I was interested in replacing my stock speakers and was wondering the proper way to remove the door panels. Can anyone tell me the proper way to do so??? Special Tools? I was planning to keep the stock look by not using the aftermarket grilles. Is this OK? I also wanted to use the stock wiring instead of using aftermarket. Is this OK? I installed an aftermarket PIONEER head unit and I guess I was going to go with Pioneer Speakers too.

I'm the original owner of a 96, and when I brought mine in for an oil change at the dealer the did alot of service work as part of a service bulletin. I think part of it was leveling out the rear. This was all free of charge of course, at least back in 96!
