NovaPath
CDN: What were the JKU's running for tires? 35's? One of the great things about that platform is the ability to lift it cheaply 2" and slap some 35's on it... I've got a wheeling buddy that has a TJ on 37's, his literally looks like a monster truck next to mine. My truck has changed since this but for this comparison is still valid! CDN_S4
2 of them on 35's and the 2 door on 37's. I'm really digging CNAM's look on 35's now that I've grown so used to the 33's. Sent from my iPhone using Crapatalk
CDN_S4
After some digging around on here I decided to pull the trigger on a Flowmaster muffler. Opted for the moderate sound 50 series 2x 2.25" in and single 3" out. I'm not replacing piping at this point until it is necessary, will use adapters to couple the pipes. My muffler is starting to achieve Holy status so it is a good time to replace it. Ive always wanted a deeper sound from this rig. CDN_S4
Also, swapped from blue to red. Feels a bit less "Honda" like and a bit more mature I suppose lol. BEFORE AFTER Sent from my iPhone using Crapatalk
CDN_S4
I added an exterior ammo box for storage where I had a perfect spot on my rear carrier. I also have a WD21 transfer case guard coming. An LED license plate light to go on my carrier and red LED ambient lights, possibly for the footwells or other use. Right now I'm thinking perhaps inside the instrument cluster since the red LEDs are not nearly as bright as the blue ones. I did also pull the trigger on some H4 LED headlight bulbs. Not sure what the outcome will be but this forum needed a Guinea pig since there seems to be a bit of a demand for it. And since I was on a spending spree, I figured what the heck! Lol Sent from my iPhone using Crapatalk
patqx4
I like the storage box, is it bolted down and locked up? I'm too paranoid to leave anything on the outside of the vehicle. I left my recovery shackle in my hitch reciever for 2 DAYS and some waste of skin took it...
CDN_S4
Part of my interior light conversion included swapping my lighting on the roof around a bit. I replaced the switcher too with ones that have text and are always lit up. Then I added more LED's behind the gauge cluster for a brighter red. Also installed an ambient light in the lower storage cubby just in front of the shifter. Pics aren't very good but give an idea. Tomorrow I will add a light for my license plate on my tire carrier. And hopefully I'll find the right adapters to mount my new Flowmaster muffler. Sent from my iPhone using Crapatalk

cntryboy_88
Started on this today...seems like you always have a lot of stuff in/on top of your truck...I know someone else did one like this to I saw on here but I'm gonna have a slide out draw the some doors on hinges a long one in the back by the seats then 2 smaller ones on the sides slide out in the middle Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
CDN_S4
Got a little carried away with a project to mount a licence plate light to my carrier with an independent power source to avoid having a wire from the body to the removable carrier. So I used a small scooter battery housed inside an ammo can, fed via a solarpanel battery trickler. I've installed the power such that I can simply switch the light off if need be. But since the lamp is an LED light it draws minimal power and "should" be able to run permanently while the carrier is mounted. Everything is set up to be easily removable and modular. This way I can simply drop the carrier as a whole without having to fumble with lighting and wiring every time. CDN_S4
Any my project number 2 for today was to install more power outlets in the cabin. Now I have 2 USB plugs and 1 cig lighter plug plus a voltage reader plus a light inside my arm rest. Sent from my iPhone using Crapatalk
