  1. ITM import block kits... I see one for a vg30e for my truck for $353.06,includes... pistons, rings, rod bearings(no rod or crank though in this kit) main bearings, thrust washers(if required) oil pump, and a full gasket set. I didnt see one for the vg30i but I'm sure they have one since they have ones for both the z24,and z24e truck 4 banger as well.Theres another company that has rebuild kits with over size pistons but I dont know there name, but there sold out of Northern auto parts(a catalog)
  2. A guy my dad knows(Bass) had this on his avalance since he bought it,and they only covered a bearing replacement since he was driving when it seized(but not the labor, just the part.Every thing else, new rear end,new wheels afte one of the stock cast one cracked, intake gasket, nothing, they didnt cover any of it.And the fee isnt that small.
  3. Yeah...but you know theres a company that sells complete engine rebuild kits from 200-400 dollars for this engine(depending if you want a new crank)
  4. I ban MY1path for having a xt500(pathy owners own yamaha dirt bikes and kawazkie or ducati street bikes)
  5. backing up dave and B on this one also.
  6. Just throwing it out there but one company makes leaf spring out of carbon fiber or fiber glass or some thing...
  7. My camaro does the same thing, never had a problem. If it is just bugging you clean up the termals on the battery to she if it helps(i dought it but at least its something to do) Oh yeah, you could always.......... Check the fluid.
  8. I said that B Yeah BAR's STOP LEAK its at every wal-mart I've ever been to,a clear bottle with a black cap and a blue, red and white logo.
  9. Flush it and change the filter, add a cooler and it should be fixed. If your not getting noise and if you shake the tire(off the ground) and it doesnt move then its probly not a ball-joint(bearing also) its probly the tie rods, just make sure there not loose and the bolts still have the cotter pins in them and you should be good. But yeah, really get on top of the tranny problem...
  10. Hey man,I'm in Rush city mn,about a hour and half south of you,and I have a cabin on the snake trail outa finland.Check out gilbert off road some time if you like off roading and agate picking(old tacanit mine)

  11. Wouldnt the VVS be at one of the wheels? It would make sense that it would instead of in the tranny?
  12. Why not make a car page, you have pics of your lawn decal

  13. bans pezzy for being so soooooo mean and driving a chillout pathfinder...
  14. I ban myself for baning someone who said poop seeking dog and then saying it myself...
  15. oh ok...I thought maybe you had put a new dizzy in and was calling it a rotor. The rotor is hard to put in wrong since it has a screw that holds it in that is on the side and I dont think any one can put it in wrong.
  16. Building a roll cage isnt all that hard...but you should take your time doing it...
  17. wait...are you saying you took the dizzy out...or just took the dizzy cap off and then replaced the rotor?
  18. I got really dark tint on all my windows except the rear, whick is kinda weird, its black around the edges but in the center its smoked...give my truck truck a really distinktive look and I like it...but what do I now...I drive a wd21
  19. Man,I feel your pain,I asked this a while ago and I got a bunch of stuff about putting a tranny cooler and shift kit in...nothing about the little stuff...I'll watch this tread. To see if you get any thing I didnt.
  20. Yeah you can just keep a eye on it and add a bottle of bars stop leak at every oil change. Its really no biggy, mine leaks, and burns oil from valve guides, but when I put the bars in it greatly reduces the burn off and slows the leak(its still there),Some people dont like stop leak and I have to agree, some looks like its made with sand, but the stuff I get looks just like really thick oil and I've never had any trouble with it,but some people really hate it so its up to you. This is if what the others said doesnt fix it.
