  2. so if yer runnin from the authorities, be sure you're doin it in reverse
  3. Don't mind Slick... She gets that way.
  4. Depends on the state. In PA, only back is required.
  5. tin snips will get you a registration tag no matter how many razor slices you put through it. Done right, it's not obvious without looking closely
  6. There is a passive arming of the alarm as well (I think it applies to the 93's). If you have the alarm switch to on or impact and you lock and close your doors, it will blink rapidly for 30 seconds or so then arm itself and reduce to a slow blink. I never use it since I like to arm the alarm myself but... and here's the good part... I get a discount on my car insurance since it has a passive anti-theft system.
  7. sheesh... please don't shout, I have a headache
  8. I stand corrected. (actually, I'm sitting)
  9. 32ft/second squared after I throw the fugly thing off a cliff
  10. damn I hate people that repost. Don't they know to check the poho pages before they post? Research man, research!
  11. wouldn't be an issue if newbies (and some veterans) would fill out the profile page. Nothing worse than trying to field a question like "where's my fratistat box? and having no idea what model they are speaking of.
  12. not sure about the 97's but a 95 4WD is a PITA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  13. crawl under and smack your starter with a hammer. Symptoms similar to mine and it was a bad starter which finally failed after about a month of "repair procedure #1"
  14. slide the rubber bootie back and grab the connector. squeeze and pull. If that doesn't work, switch your grip 90 degrees and try again. should come off
  15. Mine sits real low on the drivers side according to my wife. Strange though, when I get out to look, it seems perfectly level to me. I think she must be going nuts.
  16. true... but there are a lot of interchangeable filters if you have the room for them gotta get me a double relo kit and I'll never have to change my oil again!!!! BWAHAAHAAHAA
  17. There are very few differences in the threads of oil filters. Most of the differences occur in the capacity (size). I always threaded an old P1 filter (leftover from my Ford 390) on my Honda. It was about 3x the capacity but the threads were the same. Problem with the pathy is space. There is barely enough space to get the suggested size in there.
  18. Dude... you posted this already. don't you remember? *snicker*

    CRASH!

take the cash, pay your insurance company a couple hundred bucks for the salvage (heck, they can't use it). Retitle it (required) as a salvaged vehicke and fix it yourself. 60 to 80% fo the cost to repair is in the labor.
  23. do you have a manual or an auto tranny?
