my SE has: the alarm switch (3 position) w/ little red light rear hatch release fog light switch (illuminated) shock setting (sport/comfort) (illuminated) The actual switch part on the shock switch is fairly flat and rounded corners like the hatch release. The fog switch is higher with sharp edges

roll the dice and go for it. I would take a 2-liter bottle and fill it with water just in case you run her over and need to throw some fluid back in the rad. Main problem would be stop and go traffic or if you get stuck in a jam.

when it's sitting at idle and running rough, wiggle the wire and connector on your MAF. Even though you cleaned the sensor wire, the 94/95 design had an issue with the connector on top of the MAF and it's associated wire making bad contact or even breaking. I tuened my connector into a 90degree turn rather than let the wire get flexed each time I opened/closed the hood

Went to do a quick brake job on my 95SE since they squealed like the little metal "my pads are low" indicator was hitting the rotor. I pulled off the wheels and brakes and had plenty of pad left. No idea why they were making that noise, maybe a shim had slipped and was making contact. Anyway, while the brakes were off, I spun the hub and the front left made a squeaking sound that sounded almost like the sound if you rub a full balloon (that rubber sounding squeak). I verified that nothing was actually rubbing on the rotor and didn't feel like tearing into my automatic hub that late at night. My main concern was that I had good brakes for this weekend. So... my question... What do you think could be making the noise? As I turn the hub, I can see that the front axle is not moving (not in 4wd at the time) so it must be something right at the rotor or hub. thoughts? After this weekend, I'll probably go back and disassemble the entire mess and see what I can find.

nah.. was looking for a diagram of the wiring harness I removed when I took apart the front of my truck. Had to do a big search just to find the manuals online. Perhaps these links should be pinned

geez 88, this how you're gonna handle your customers at the parts store?

are you using an original key ro one that you had cut as a duplicate? I had a key that would work one way and not the other. If it wouldn't turn, I'd pull it out, turn it over and she'd be fine. Certainly possible that the tumblers in your ignition somehow got screwed up. Any indication of a possible theft attempt?

like... couldn't turn the key? wouldn't start? wouldn't crank over? a little more specific please.

I never bleed mine unless they are mushy or if I pull the piston. Just compressing and replacing the pads shouldn't require you to do anything with the fluid other than make sure you don't overflow the resivior and top it off at the end after pumping the brakes a few times with the new pads in.

don't confuse 'tinted glass' with 'privacy glass'. The privacy glass is the side glass that is darker. Tinted glass is the stripe (4" or so) at the top of the windshield to cut the sun when it's overhead. The lists were from the model research pages accessable at edmunds. I may still have my original '95 propoganda but would really need to dig deep in my file cabinets to find it.
