Thats a definite maybe. There is no exact equasion to this, just like you may not get 3" lift in the rear from the coils. Count on 2-2.5" all the way around, and see what you get... B

Yes to all of the above, and hand tight is fine... You need one of these filter wrenches. This one grips harder the more you rotate CCW and is entirely made up of 1/8 or 1/4" steel, 3/8 ratchet drive in the rear. Pretty cool item for an oil filter wrench... B

Horsepower is a remarkably poor measure of off road ability... B

I'd guess going too slow, using too low of a gear and/or poor traction. B

Ok, so what have you tried ? For lack of better answers... pull a plug, put the wire on it and hold to/near the motor. If you get a fat blue spark or a zap good enough to inspire the macarena, your coil is fine. That would mean distributor on down... Any answers are helpful. B

Automatic I assume ?? SE or LE package ?? Have you checked the fuse or the lamps, for either ?? No, they shouldn't be linked. B

Yes, the wheelbase is the same for 2 door and pre96 4 door's. Never having wheeled them together in a shoot out, I suspect the WD21 with a SE package (Including factory 31", adjustable shocks and LSD) would be the most off road worthy in stock form. Then, as I'm fond on saying, it's 1/2 the truck, 1/2 the driver; we've all seen enough internet videos and photos to agree on that (much less first hand experiences) !! B

Yes JJ, it is new to me also. The steering angle adjustment "is adjusted by stopper bolts located on the inside of the steering knuckle/spindle. Loosen the lock nut on the stopper bolt and turn the bolt in or out to obtain the the proper maximum steering angle..." When it stops raining, I'm going to look at this... B

LOL, not if the motor wasn't cranking... Look, once you have the motor cranking over and know you have spark, you can worry about the fuel... One step at a time. Of course, putting some gas in it could be required when you get there. Sorry, I don't have/have never worked on an R50, but I'm guessing the starter is down low on the passenger side ?? Damn, I'm sorry, that is what my truck does with the bent frame horns... Sucks, don't it !! I'm assuming your slashes represent top down view. I'd wonder if that Cl isn't bent or buggared... It sounds like the geometry is off, but I hesitate to guess. I don't remember anyone else ever mentioning anything like this. There is a steering angle adjustment, seems to me like if thats off, it'll throw the tires out during turning while aligning straight. I doubt most shops check, adjust that; they just look at camber, castor, and toe. The steering angle adjusted + toe out maximum + minimum positive camber + minimum positive castor would help (If I'm looking at this right). You have a manual ? Study up on this and ask a 4x4 shop what they think... B
