  1. oh my... i hope you get into the pathys that much.. welcome..
  2. yeah, never heard of one going prematurely.. most go about 2x the life expectancy.. before i have always used gates belts on all my cars.. i'm about to put on an autozone no name one though.. :D
  3. maybe that section is slow there or something.. definitely go to peachparts (old mercedesshop).. but then again, that may be a slow section there too.. after gpg's such a nice comment, i'm going to have to lay off the beemer dudes for a while... damn. :D that sounds about right too.. interesting.. i don't know if you could really disable it without adverse effects.. benzes can be finicky as hell.
  4. right there could be the whole issue.. autozone has the right ones, for sure.. same with advanced
  5. which meter? or better yeat, which fuse exactly.. first thought is to roll back to the dealer.. bummer man
  6. was it uncc that used to "deliver" pizzas? search around, it may still be around.
  7. 2. that's the platform designation.. old pathfinders like yours and mine and the 2 doors are wd21 xterra is wd22 newer pathfinder is r50 the newest pathdinder is r52 3. make sure that you indeed have the aftermarket tranny cooler.. AT tend to die without it around 100k mi. these guys gave you the appropriate links.. there is a lot of good info here.. of course if you don't find it.. you're more then welcome to show us how it's done.. 66? i don't see why that should stop you unless the walker gets in the way. :D
  8. since you guys can't stay on topic nor behave.. i'm closing this til further notice. thanks
  9. i'm against anything outside of pathfinder/terrano totm. everyone can start a thread about their other vehicles in the off topic section any time.. nothing wrong with showing off.
  10. you can get the parts at autozone and other places as well as at the dealer.. it's all expensive any way you go.. best to do all three pieces but that probably a couple of hundred at least. it's been a while since i looked into it.
  11. did you ask your questions at peachparts or benzworld? ver knowlegable folks at both of these places.
  12. it's either SE or LE. should be specified on the door tag.
  13. well, it is 100F and super humid there..
  14. "fresh air" is basically air from the engine bay.
  15. looks like it. whereabouts are you in MN?

    Burger

tomatoes, lettuce and spinach out of the garden, some kind of baltic cheese or something.. sauted mushrooms, steak sauce on sauted onions, burger, german mustard and some mayo.. the lady did the burger mix so i'm not really sure what is in there. it was darn good though.
  17. hand brake light? hmm
  18. well, in our case the old road actually went up a waterfall and up the creek. the FS was supposed to "fix it"..(i thiink they cut in a whole new road) <-- how's that for low impact? i haven't been there to see it as i am still too pissed off and this has been a few years ago now. the result of them wanting to protect this one area is that there is a lot more damage everywhere else now. excluding ORVs is definitely not the right way to go.. i argued with the FS using their own statements and writings.. FS just completely ignored it and actually told me that it was all irrelevant.. how in the f is that irrelevant when the FS itself says that our national resources are for ALL of us to use.. what a crock.. ORV is are completely excluded in all of the state and national forests here. not one trail exists.. however, the state did step up (with a lot of hard work from the ORV community) and made a couple of riding areas.. they are good but small and freaking far away..
  19. stream crossing are one of the things DNR or the FS uses to close trails. they did that here on the best trail in the state.. there was absolutely nothing that could have been done. they worked with the county in the background and shut the road for ever.
