Replace lower and upper trailing rod bushings. Easier to replace entire trailing arms instead of just the bushings. I have a 97 QX4 that was doing the same thing. I replaced the upper and lower trailing arms plus the sway bar links and the sway bar bushings all on the rear end. You have to press the bushings in if installing only bushings. I didn't do anything with the Pan Rod not saying it wouldn't help your situation. I found all I needed on ebay for around 200$ I also installed new shocks. Sent from my SM-G530T using Tapatalk

Update. New plugs, wires, distributor, fuel filter, air filter, charcoal canister, and thermostat. Check engine light will come on and go off on its on. Run codes getting P0300 and P0325. Multiple miss fire and Knock sensor. Going to check compression and see if maybe that's the problem. Sometimes it runs great but when coming to stop it starts missing but will clear up. TO BE CONTINUED........... Sent from my SM-G530T using Tapatalk

I have but I can't turn the distributor any further due to the hold down bolt. Is the distributor installed wrong? I removed plug number one turned engine until I got it at TDC put my rotor facing plug number one but cannot get it in time because I can't turn the distributor anymore because of the bolt that holds the distributor in. I used small round felt tips from Walmart with sticky backing. The factory nipples are hard to get off without breaking them. It's been over a year and my cruise still works perfect. Sent from my SM-G530T using Tapatalk

Still has a miss after warmed up in drive or reverse. Not so much in park or neutral. Change distributor plugs cap rotor the whole nine yards. Still wondering if it's Advanced or retarded. Going to check will update asap. Sent from my SM-G530T using Tapatalk
