Well, im planning on upgrading my lights to the JDM height adjustable projectors so that i can run HID's and look like a total dickhead. With that, i have plans of a grill guard, like yours, and ill most likely run some basic 60W hella's where you have yours. and finally i have a set of 35W 5000K HID's in my factory fog lights, yes they are blue, and once i order new bulbs, they will be YELLOW!! MAYBE in the future ill run some roof lights like 01silverpathy did a while back, looks pretty awesome, the wind noise will be something to consider though. -Kyle

I sure hope they find reverse, i cant imagine how alone and cold he must be without the warm lubricated love of a Nissan transmission. My thoughts and condolences sir. -Kyle

if its any help, im fairly certain that delphi is the OEM provider for Nissan when it comes the knock sensor specifically (at least on the 3.3), i somehow scored a $33 dollar one off rockauto and they have since jacked it up to the $170 range, but if you can find it cheaper, that the one to get. -Kyle -

Yeah, i was fairly sure it wasn't a spider either, it had fairly clean looking fluid in both diffs, just the LSD wasn't happy. Thanks for the help guys, I've been driving her recently and its seems fine. haven't checked to make the LSD is working, but i have my ways with the rainy seasons coming, -Kyle -

So i changed my diff fluid after scoring 6 quarts of 75w-90 mobil 1, LSD safe for $12!!! Came at the right time, because it was locking under low speed turns and felt like a welded diff at times. But the oil came out relatively clean, (compared to the milky stuff that i've seen on other cars, lol) but my main concern is what i found on the diff drain magnet, Now im sure the little stuff is nothing to worry about, its grinding metal on metal in there, so a little bit of metal shouldn't be anything to cry over. But this chunk has me slightly worried, here is a closer, clean pic So im basically looking for someone to tell me its just part of a clutch disc and ill let it go. lol -Kyle

What did you do to your Pathfinder today?
ferrariowner123 replied to RedRider3141's topic in The Garage
Well i changed my diff fluids, front and back, after getting 6 quarts of 75w-90 LSD safe Mobil 1 sythn for $12 And my rear resonator, rusted its way off so, i'm just gonna leave it off. Amsoil trans fluid is next, tranny is grinding. Cant wait to see if it lives up to its hype!! -Kyle -
Pathfinder R50 4 wheel drive conversion
ferrariowner123 replied to JordanHackworth's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Nice write up, have you noticed any difference in the gearing? I've been thinking about rear gearing my pathfinder for a while to get it a little more fuel friendly with the 31" and maybe even 33" down the road. -Kyle -
New Rotors&Pads, front brakes get hot/smoke? Uhhhhh.
ferrariowner123 replied to Kyle94's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
I second the idea to check the steering rack bushings, it's a very common issue for front end clunking. -Kyle -
R50 conversion, old body style, to face lifted, please help.
ferrariowner123 replied to ferrariowner123's topic in The Garage
Shame, but doesn't look too bad, i think all you'll need is the fender and misc front end accessories? That hood looks like its still straight. Thanks for the help on all this. -Kyle -
Hey guys I'm looking at trying to get a relocation kit possibly for the pathfinder, but definitely for a friend of mine with the pathy that gets oil all over over the started and has burned one starter already and doesn't want to do it again. (I know there are other options but he wants to relocate it). I've looked at summit and all I can seem to find is kits, I'd much rather build my own kit. So does anyone know of a good place to get accessories? He wants to add a pressure and temp gauge so I'm looking for a plate that will have those threaded holes the AN fittings on the sandwich plate and the receiving plate for the filter. I can get AN fittings and line, just looking for a good place for the plates. -Kyle

NO Avira Chrome (both desktop and mobile) -Kyle -
Pro-comps for my experience are cheap and feel cheap, friend of mine had them on his durango, they were harsh over bumps, and yet somehow boaty on the freeway. I'd get something different if i were in your shoes. -Kyle
-
Yeah, it didn't work for me either, so im just going to the junkyard and getting a new manual cluster for my car, and putting my speedometer in. -Kyle
