Ok cool. Yes I have a 3" body lift and the truck I pulled it from in the junk yard had the e brake drop brackets but didnt pull them. I made some when I installed the body lift but it didnt look right. Im pretty sure I still have them. And is there a certain torque for the control arm bolts? And I do plan on cranking the T-bars. Hopefully I wont run into the issue of needing longer bolts. -
So my calmini control arms came in and I have everything else for the lift. What am I looking for as far as time frame? I have the knowledge and tools to do the job. Im pretty sure where going wheeling in the next couple weekends and want to get it done before we go out. Any tips for the front end? So far I have the calmini upper arms with all new balljoints. Still have to order lowpro bump stops. Then I have JGC v8 springs (3" lift) that I have to cut to fit and for shocks my buddy found some that are a tad bit longer then the rancho ones for half the price (works at napa). And I have a stock pan hard bar bracket that im gonna use to make the 3"drop. Anything else im missing? Brakes lines? E-brake? Thanks guys Ryan

After taking my 94 pathy to nissan for servicing acouple days after I get a letter in the mail wuth a fake check and a letter from a guy that works there wanting to buy my pathy. They offered me $1, 352 lol. saud I had till monday to respond or the deal was off.

Just seen in the free section where those brackets that we flip are up for grabs. I'm thinking that I may be able to modify those to get a better angle. Seeing how I think thats what is causing the bad angle. I could be wrong. But if I'm right I will make you a set for helping me out. Thinking I can move the whole over and weld up the rest and then clean them up and sand blast them.

Hey guys I have read somewhere awhile ago about flipping the stock brackets or swapping sides. After crawling under my pathy I don't see how that can be possible. Am I missing something?

After a good hard scrub down on my chassie and drive train i found out i have a LSD rear end. HELL YEAH!!!!!!

There's a breakaway spec somewhere (FSM probably) that'll say how much force it should take to move the clutches... jack up the back with the e-brake off (chock the front wheels!) and see if you can spin the left tire with the right one? Or just do a burnout on gravel and see if the tire tracks are the same length.

You should look into the exterra roof rack. They look really good on our pathys. Use the search button in this section of the forum and there is plenty of info with pics on this topic.

Hey guys I searched and couldnt find any awnsers. So far only my pas side door speaker works and the driver side pops on every now and then. The rears crackle and POP. I have a buddy that can get me all new speakers for it at a price I can't pass up but I'm not sure what sizes to give him. Any help there would be greatly appreciated. And by replacing them should fix her up right? Or is there a common issue with the stock amp that I need to look into? Seen some of those topics when i was searching. I'm still running the stock tape cosset lol.

I just replaced my plugs with ngk and all of them needed to be gapped bigger. I am really carful to not pry on the elctrode.

Every plug should be gapped before installing. The little hook on the end needs to have a certain gap between it and the electrode nipple thing under it. I did have a Nissan truck where it did help once I gapped the plugs. I know my NGK plugs that I get from the store are way off. You have prob seen the tool to gap it with at the parts store and never realized it. There really cheap and it doesn't take any time to do it before installing.

Wife got the pathy stuck yesterday so bad it took two jeeos a built rhino and a ranger 6x6 all at the same time to pull her out . Total of 2hrs of yanking ,pics and maybe vids coming

When I was building my 4dr hardbody I dismounted the pathy cab from its frame. It didn't have a engine or trans but it was a 4x4 with everything thing else there. What I did was jack the body up enuff to slide some steel stock under the cab. One in front and one in rear. Then I used cyinder blocks from home depot to stack under the steel bars. Just slowly work your way up. The blocks are fairly cheap. Just make sure the blocks are far enuff away from the axles. I took the wheels off and set it on the ground and tied my hardbody up to the chassie and slid it out with a jack under it to help roll. Hope this helps. Gotta ask what's your plans? Find another cab to put on your frame or vise versa? -
Just put some new 33MT's on my pathy. Now its time for a susp lift im thinking about going the calmini arms with JGC springs

When I bought my 94 the T-bars had to be cranked to level back out. They where sagging bad. After that I put a set of 31x10.5 Mud-T's and had no issue with rubbing at full flex with my rear sway bar disconnected. You should be fine.

When I got my pathy and drove it the first time I had a big concern with the temp guage. It doesn't rise that high. A lot of guys on here have said there guage reads the same as mine. I have a pic of my temp guage at full warm up temp in my build thread in here. Search woody.

Thanks guys. That was my next question is how do the 33x12.50 fit and perform on yhe trails. I literally just got done flexing my pathy out on some dirt and rock mounds by my house 5mins ago. And was kind worried with my offset on the wheels that they wouldn't tuck to good well they proved me wrong. They swung right up in there and I have plenty of room behind the tires and inner well but if I where to trim my bump stops back a little they might hit the outer well where the flairs bolt up. It will be super close but I might be able to squeeze them in there. I really wasnt wanting to run 12.50s but they do tuck with my wheels so I may go that tought. My wife is gonna be happy lol she likes the 12.50s verse the 10s So if the 12.50s tuck I should have any issues with them right? You guys like wheeling them?

Ok I'm wondering what your guys thoughts are on this. I bought some alum 15x10 wheels awhile back that where pretty ruff. I welded up some of the deep scratch marks and then blended some of the lighter ones out then paid to have them polished. I recently sold my new 31x10.50s and now that there sold and my bodylift is on I installed my new wheels with a set of $50 yardsale find 33x12.50 tires to run on while I save up for my new tires. I'm wanting to really get the super swamper 34x9.5s but can't find them so I'm prob gonna go with the bfg 33x10.50 MT but I was told by a friend they will not work with my 10" wide rims. I really don't want to get rid of my wheels with the time and $ I have in them and I don't want 12.50s I don't like the wide look of them plus I wanna be able to stuff my tires in the wells. This is for my daily driver and I do plan on wheeling it but not hardcore.
