  1. SFD is worth every penny. ...from my cell...using Tapatalk
  2. You could start by reading the thread and links. ...from my cell...using Tapatalk
  3. During the day it's not bad. It unclips easy. I'm thinking of attaching some sort of retainer system to hold it while it hangs rather than hanging from the wires. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
  4. I may be late, but here's the pic for Kyle94. Also...this is via the video screen...which will be awful at night...especially considering my limo/desert tint...and it was very bright out this particular day.
  5. Here's my initial review and video of the camera system. After further thought, I can't flip the camera. I'm guessing the software is set for 2 reverse cameras. If I rotated the camera, it would be upside down.
  6. RigRunner...blurry...sorry...also posting in the dual battery thread. Video screen and you can see the TMax wiring...TMax is tucked behind the passenger visor....tinting hides the wiring.
  7. TMax installed, RigRunner installed....and....Front/Rear camera installation is a complete success! Video screen and TMax controller. Here's the video screen. I think I put links in my thread. It clips onto the mirror. This is the rear camera. I ran the wires for both under the headliner and down the driver side. Also where I mounted the RigRunner. Currently the RigRunner is powering 1. CB radio 2. Video Screen 3. Power to rear accessory plugs (not ran yet....I need to pull all the stuff out of the rear to run the video from the rear and the power cable behind the interior panels.)
  8. I didn't want to leave this thread open-ended. Please see my build link for further information on the RigRunner, TMax system, and Dual-battery installation.
  9. Under the hood. Long term test will be in progress....Rig Runner installed also. I mounted it to the kick panel on the driver's side. Blurry, but you get the idea.
  10. Finished up this weekend. Where I mounted the controller. Just some sticky-side velcro on back. Power on. And running.
  11. Not sure what 4WP kit you're talking about. More info....2" spring lift??? Stock???
  12. I didn't extend my brake lines until I did the SFD. If you replace them, my advice would be to plan ahead and get long enough for the SFD....just in case.
  13. You need adapters. The diameter is bigger on the bottom. Maybe top too, but I trimmed mine to fit the cups and for the truck to sit level. They were 6" WJ (Grand Cherokee) lift springs. Krypton Fabs has them for $30. http://www.krfabs.com/product_detail.php?productID=6 The two cups in the top left is what you need. Bolts on and the spring sits around it. You can sort of see them here.
  14. As I've gotten older, I prefer auto...except on sports cars and motorcycles.
  15. Did you read this thread? He was going to build a lower support system, then he acquired some stock low bars and mounted to them.
  16. Borrowed a couple pics from Towncivilian that he posted NicoClub (I found in a google search on Saturday) Also: Hole drilled and grommet installed. The hole passed through the spot weld, so if I still need that mount for the box, I'll JB weld it back on.
  17. It's a custom one I bought in Escondido. Some shop has a deal with a fab shop up there and sells them in their store. $200. Not great fab work, but when I get a highlift, awning, etc...I can fab my own mounts and weld 'em on. If you look at that updated sig, I also learned how to do hyperlinks.
  18. Could it be the brand of strut? I have KYB GR2s. This is with the OME lift Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
  19. Nah... It's easy to get to. 2 12mm nuts under the hood and 2 13mm nuts and 1 13mm bolt inside. Falls right out. I will take pics. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
  20. Looks great! Is the overtube that thin aluminum crap? The PO handed me a tube when I bought the Pathy. It bolted on the top like that. I pitched it and bent a 2" diameter tube and welded it on. (my old neighbor had a bender a couple years ago) With the old one, if I hit something, I think it would have cracked or just ripped out. My current one would damage anything it hits.
  21. Luckily my Pathy isn't my DD. If and When I go to 35s, it will be trailered. No worries, though. It's not happening anytime soon...I still have alot of meat on my current tires. The main reason is 2" more ground clearance. At that point trimming the fenders will be a necessity. My current rub is on the inner fender, nearest the cabin. They currently rub on the plastic and only at full-lock. Gets alot of attention in parking lots, but didn't notice it at all offroading last weekend. I do notice a 5-10mph difference on my speedo. I need to get a dash mount for my gps, so it can act as a speedo when needed. I've considered adding spacers to the front, but everyone that has spacers has the camber issue......coincidence? or is it also combined with the AC lift???
  22. http://www.4x4design.com/Pathfinder_R50_96-04.php They "install on top of the struts".
  23. If you were closer... I have my stock spare on Craigslist. No bites...I'd give it away to get it out of my garage.
