  1. Exbrit has a valid point. My aluminum light holder is more of a hinderenc than useful but, I like the way it looks in the parking lot. If I were to take it offroad again, I'd put it on Craigslist and invest in a steel bumper.
  2. Might help with a remote start feature as well?
  3. Good news! I'm glad to hear things are running.
  4. Dang ... I'm glad I live in the south.
  5. I have a prodruding hip ... it's not a "semi"

  6. Remember, my TB broke and my VG33E is still running strong. IIRC my compression is around the 140-150psi range after the new TB install?
  7. I used to run a stereo, satellite system, and a 32" flat panel tv off of mine all day long when we used to tailgate. That red top held up for years. I guess that I would have replaced it with another one if we still had the tailgate setup.
  8. I had a red top in my Pathy and my wifes Prelude. They are very nice batteries but, heaven help you if you need to charge one. I now have regular unsealed el'cheapo batteries in both rides now that do what I expect from them (start the dern car)
  9. I loosened the a/c compressor bolts (without removing them) which allowed a little more wiggle room.
  10. I was throwing bass, she was throwing back midrange.

    1. Karmann

      Karmann

      Daddy sang bass?

  11. ^^^ This. Once you have everything put back together you can rent a compression tester to check if your valves are not bent. I had my timing belt jump a couple of teeth without any damage so, you might be okay.
  12. I agree with these guys. That looks like it is repairable. There are no vital components in area that took the impact.
  13. Never to late. We still resurect threads from decades ago. *edit ... maybe not "decades" but, who knows? Maybe someone a decade from now will read this and laugh about that statement. *poof* *mind blown*
  14. My dd is a 92 MX-5 NA (and I love it!!!) and my "beater" is a 99.5 R50. It has the VG33E and has proven to be very reliable.
  15. Auto climate control or manual? Could be a clogged or dirty auto sensor?
  16. If you like that one, you should have seen the member that had the black one with the blue suspension.
  17. I believe this was my experience years ago when I was looking for the Weather techs. I have some cheap universal "Goodyears" that catch a lot of dirt. They just aren't near as nice as the custom fitted mats.
  18. The floor mats should be a perfect fit. Only the door cards and plastic trim on the dash were the major differences. Out of curiosity, what is the good deal? I'd be interested in weather-tech mats.
  19. That is awesome! You carry a large flag for our community.
  20. I'll bet he had a blast! I was lucky if my mom let me sit on her lap and steer the family car down our street into the driveway when I was his age.
  21. Ahh yeah! Going for the facelift and then some. I can't wait to see the results.
