  1. Are you winking at me "big boy"?
  2. Oh yeah! Overwest was his screen name. Here is a link to his post (which has been locked? ) http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/37001-fs-rare-jdm-pathfinder-coilovers/
  3. Nicoclub would be a wealth of knowledge for lowering, performance, and sound system designs.
  4. Yeah, that is how mine is mounted. The factory rubber strip covers my acrylic bug shield mounting points. If the hood is difficult to close, simply turn the two large rubber hood stops a couple of turns clockwise (tighten them down) to make up for the extra cushion.
  5. I had a pink cladded moderator send me a replacement for mine? It protects the wire harness for the fog lights and shields the wiper fluid reservoir. Other than that ...
  6. Seems like you have a level head. Thank you for the "courtesy" post. Like Nunya stated, the "PoHo" thread is full of the most random stuff. (psssst .... never admit that you drive a Miata if you have one; those guys are ruthless!)
  7. I waited a while before I mounted my 1" aluminum NX4 spacer. While I'm sure no one else would notice the difference, I was happy witht he height difference.
  8. I forgot to ask if you had noticed the lack of strut "top out" while cruising over bumps. It goes away as the springs settle.
  9. Yes. I lost about an inch on all four corners. Funny thing, I too recently got a new tablet. It makes me look like I'm posting drunk while I'm perfectly sober.
  10. I would look into using a relay with that kind of power. Nice job on the mount.
  11. Good point. I would actually keep that beautiful interior polished.
  12. Dang, I'm glad we don't have inspections here. Actually, on second thought ... what the heck is being allowed to drive next to me!!
  13. ..... and use some black touch up paint on those wheel weights for the love!!
  14. It takes a lot of balls to golf the way I do.

Driving ranges will kick you out if you use a baseball bat... 1st hand experience

Ha...I read that a couple of times and I just got it! I thought you meant you were a bad golfer. Ha.

  15. Hehehehe ... I'm planning on getting one of those "honk if part falls off" bumper stickers for my Heep. Then again, it's a 40yrold truck.
  16. The flares on the facelift Pathy actually hang down an inch lower than the sheet metal. I am planning on painting them and reinstalling them this spring.
  17. The pre facelift Pathy lacks the fender "wrap around" plastic flares. I gained an extra "visual" inch of lift by removing my flares. I didn't remove mine for this fact. I removed them because my tires were rubbing the paint off of them at full flex (rear only). I am certain that this is what you have noticed on everyone's pics.
  18. So ... I have something to look forward too?
  19. I purchased a 77' CJ5 from a friend last summer. I have spent a lot of time on it getting it ready for the wheeling/camping season this year. I can not get over how easy and cheap it is to find parts for this thing. It amazes me how addicting owning a Jeep can be. However, I do feel like I have the "Honda" of the off-road.
  20. Like others posted, vision and the "open air" feel. I don't have a top or doors for my old CJ and I drop the windshield as well. It is a nice feeling .. kind of like taking my riding mower over the trails.
  21. Used it to drag a neighbors 2wd Blazer up the hill in todays snow. Had an audience to boot!
