  1. lol! 210,090...now thats high mileage - though I just use normal Mobil 1...
  2. Anyone have any idea where to get these at this point? I actually ordered one from Courtesy Parts about a year ago, but it then suffered a inglorious death while in my pocket in the washer. I complained to my GF (who was doing my laundry) that she didn't go through my pockets, and she hasn't done any of my laundry since. Double whammy. Ouch. to ADD INSULT TO INJURY....the part is NLA at courtesyparts.com http://www.courtesyparts.com/nissan-keyless-remote-19865-1995-pathfinder-p-228576.html?cPath=5572&
  3. I still havent gotten mine from AZ yet. I told my sister to take her time...but I thought she would send it in a MONTH lol...
  4. R50 console is the way to go, I think it cost me $50 to do it. the biggest pain is moving the parking brake
  5. It's pretty stout too.... Mine is all sorts of scraped up and no dents or deflection...
  6. I get 13mpg around town ~15mpg highway - but it doesn't spend much time in OD on the highway
  7. I like it for the most part, but it holds 1st gear too damn long under light throttle. Under heavy throttle it shifts right where I like it too,
  8. I just moved to a snow state, gotta have AWD. GF has already spun out her (FWD) Volvo a couple of times....
  9. Because of some of us live in Apartments and don't have a workshop or welder. (all my tools are in storage )
  10. Mine has them, but - for future reference, was the wiring all there or did you have to run new wires?
  11. If you see the idiot light your too late...
  12. Sounds like he had far more problems than just needing a tune up.....
  13. Yeah yeah yeah, I actually had the 4x4parts front skid, and was unimpressed. now show me a tcase or Oil pan skid.....
  14. Juke is Subcompact- CUV Rogue is Compact - CUV Murano is Midsize (Big Midsize, but only 5 seats) -CUV Xterra is Midsize - Truck - (5 Seats, real 4wd) new Pathfinder is big Midsize (7 seats) - CUV Armada is fullsize - Truck The differentiation on size is definitely there - Really with this product line you can do whatever you want to do and Nissan will want have a product for you....except potentially a compact 4x4er....but who wants those any more (xtrail). Want a small car, but a little taller? Juke! - Need it in AWD for snow? No Problem! Want a small SUV so you can fit a kid or two - Rogue! - Need it in AWD for snow? No Problem! Want a medium SUV (older couple) - Murano! - Need it in AWD for snow? No Problem! Wan a medium SUV that can offroad - Xterra! - Need it in 4wd to do some trails? its got it! Want a little bigger SUV that can handle the kids and grand kids? - Pathfinder! - Need it in AWD for snow? No Problem! Want something that can handle the kids, grand kids, and tow the boat? - Armada! - Need it in 4wd to do some trails? its got it! Its segmented perfectly!
  15. I would like to know more about the xterra ones.... Because if oem fits.. Aftermarket will too. And you can't get aftermarket Pathy skids...
  16. It's behind the driver rear quarter panel....just pull off the plastic panel and it's bolted to the side. Don't ask me why it's back there
  17. Someone mentioned Autometer Z-Series....that does look like the way to go. I only want to run wires, not tubes so Electrical sending units are a must. I did a search on Summit for Black, Black Bezel, 2 1/6" Electrical Sending unit, and these are really the best options (that look decent) I would LOVE 270degree sweep for the added resolution, but those gauges are like $150 each....so a good compromise: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/atm-2645/overview/ http://www.summitracing.com/parts/atm-2634/overview/ http://www.summitracing.com/parts/atm-2640/overview/
  18. Im thinking Voltmeter, Transmission Temp, and Oil Pressure...
  19. R50 is multi link live axle rear-R51 is coil over irs. Not even close. I think R50 uses struts up front, R51 regular coilovers
  20. A transmission flush with every oil change?? The amount of money he poured into the thing was probably well more then 2 new transmissions would have cost....
  21. I used to do 5k with it too, but just watching the color I didn't think it necessary
  22. Heavier flywheel = more angular momentum =slower revving... Do there's both sides of the equation
