  1. so went junking. Plenty of Heated Chrome mirrors about. I don't do chrome. My shiny MB alloy wheels are plenty of bling. So I ended up with a heated driver side mirror and a non heated passenger(black...er faded plastic that was formerly black)... I'm guessing the driver one wont work until I replace the passenger (circuit wont be complete?) but we'll see! I'll install tomorrow. Also found some what i think were heated leather seats but they were absolutely shredded. I saw some unusual wires underneath them though. was there a heated seat switch or did those come on with defrost as well? the dash and console were already yanked.
  2. Busy Day on the 94 SE. installed JY AC blower motor. Installed JYResister motor control blew out the TON OF LEAVES in the blower box...using the blower. My interior is now covered in leaves lol. Installed JY12v port that hopefully wont fall out all the time installed JY passanger kick plate cover installed JY rear wiper arm picked up 1 heated power mirror(Driver) and 1 unheated power mirror(passanger) to replace the cracked one.
  3. I had 285/75R16's on mine for awhile, its basically 11.5" inch wide. Rubbed a helluva lot less then my 12.5's. But these look alot better
  4. Wait. Heated seats? Tell me more. I'm an AZ dude, in an AZ pathy, in Colorado. I'll take every electrical warming device I can get in this thing.
  5. http://www.courtesyparts.com/55501-arm-assy-rear-suspensionrh-pathfinder-r51-2005-2010-p-568621.html Looks like its a single unit to me.
  6. 2006 is R51 in the US at least, which is IRS. it doesn't have a solid axle with bushings. Honestly it sounds right to me - probably one piece will chime in here in a bit...
  7. Yes. Much much quieter, way better road manners, less rear leg room, better fuel economy. I sadly have driven WD21, WD22, R50, D40, R51, and now back to a WD21 LOL
  8. Pathfinder is R, Xterra is N, Frontier is D. Whats Murano?
  9. Looks like Friday is my Junkyard day. Need a blower motor, mine froze up last week. Rough week for no heat. Tranny hasnt been acting up at all which is also very interesting. I'll take pictures.
  10. Me Neither. Both were cracked one morning last week. One vertically, one Horiztonally. At least its getting warm enough to work on the truck! Sounds like a number of you have done this swap - Is the wiring in the doors the same? or would my non heated SE be missing a harness. Mike
  11. It was cold last week... Not the coldest I or the pathy have been in. But cold. And BOTH of my side view mirrors cracked. Do I just replace the glass or replace the whole units? Anyone done it before? Mine are SE Power, I'd love heated ones. MIke
  12. Yeah I'm not sure I understand that either. Your restriction point in the end should be the throttle body and nothing else. I guess I can see large diameters MAF setups having problems reading the much smaller amount of air passing through them that our VG's use.....
  13. I just drove my dads SE-V6 4x4 D21 with a 5 speed and it was way more responsive then my WD21 with the slushbox. it was also doing ~3300RPM on the highway, whereas mine attempts to loaf alone at 2500RPM but doesn't really have the power... so is typically doing 4000 RPM in third lol l
  14. Dang! $299. I have a Arb in a box right now, but Im not sure its worth the plumbing...
  15. Some one Hurry up and do this on a WD already. My Arizona front bumper is rusting away
  16. I bet they do exactly that. But they dont expect that clutch to last 100k miles either. Probably doesnt last 2,000...
  17. Absolutely its auto. Oh btw the Torque converter wont unlock below about ~32F when the tranny is cold. Aka I neutral drop it nearly every morning in the winter to leave my parking spot LOL. Seems to hold up.... But in all seriousness. I had experienced the problem for years and knew what to do, somewhat safely. Putting my girl in that situation though...No bueno.
  18. Yep, did some wheeling with Beastpath. My cruddy DIY intake kept falling off. He never asked me out again LOL (j/k...I really just moved)
  19. The kicker was when it died in rush hour on my girlfriend. She fully stopped it in the middle of the road, put it in park, started it, and drove off. Im sure the people behind her were pleased.... I then showed her the "throw it in neutral while its still rolling, wood the pedal, start and slam into gear" trick (and bought the part)
  20. Autozone will typically led you tools. why didnt you just buy a normal belt there and change it?
  21. I bought it about 6 months ago and just had neglected to put it on. Wouldn't have thought such a slight angle difference would have mattered on the panhard - but I was impressed.
  22. Ac makes a kit. I bought it and found it had too much play in it. Clunked a lot. I ran without sway bars and only one bumpstop for awhile. Add in some torn rear bushings and holy cow these get flexy haha. Anyway. When I had the disconnects off I didn't know what to do with the sway. I'd tend to tie to the frame on one side. Sometimes that line snapped. Which made life interesting. Read you stopped very fast. It didn't work. I've also played with the idea of using a Cherokee sway bar and mounting it at the frame level with arms going down like the jeeps do. In the end I just threw it back on and really, it flexes enough for what I do.
  23. Really? Cause they've been making the part for less then a year. my truck has been lifted since 2008.
