  1. O.K. just wondering if they'd have something like that at the army surplus store.
  2. They do sell an open sided socket for sensor removal. Good news on the seat belts.
  3. If you go bigger than 31" the tire won't clear the strut assembly, just under the spring. Look at the top inside of the front tire. Not much room there.
  4. Is that cover something military?
  5. Unhooking the battery (1/2 Hour) didn't help but I did get to reset all my radio stations. The good news is I showed up 10 mins. early for work 'cause I was just guessing..the clock was off.
  6. Back spacing means a lot. My '96 rims won't clear the rear drums on my '98(15"). And the '98 rims won't clear the front calipers on my '03(16"). With spacers one would fit the other but I've never needed to.
  7. Hey thanks man. I don't want to buy reader. But if leaving the battery unhooked for a while resets it that will be great. When it didn't start it was maybe two minutes till I twisted the cables and it started. 5 to 10 minutes?
  8. So a week or two ago my truck did nothing when I hit the key in the morning. No power to anything(very cold). So I popped the hood and twisted the battery cables and the neg. was loose. I tightened it, the truck started but now my check light was on...and still is. Can I get rid of this? It's buggin' me.
  9. The left one has a flat and lock washer with four or 5 theads worn off from being loose so I I'd agree with external bracket or component or acc.
  10. With mine just after it drops under 1/2 a tank the light comes on and it shuts the fuel pump off. I keep it above 1/2 a tank now...I consider that as empty. This is my second Pathfinder and both of them have some pretty funny wiring. My fav. is turing on my lights and the cruise control shuts off?
  11. Just caught mine in time in the old truck. I'd pulled the radio/clock fuse in the fall but the security system still almost killed it when it dropped below freezing.
  12. Don't let that battery freeze! Clean the terminales and charge or you might lose it.
  13. Forgot to mention that I was at a gas station once with a friend when he tried to get gas in a similar green can and he was told they wouldn't put gas in anything but a red can. Have you had a problem filling yours? Here it's blue for deisel and yellow for kerosine and red for gas.
  14. Your last two photos... 1st one is worthy of truck of a month. 2nd one is a perfect reason why you never approach the porta-potties from the down hill side. Glad you had a shovel!
  15. If it gets cold I can always put on some more layers but when it's hot you can only take so many off. I love having four seasons.
  16. Me too. Plus long johns, extra wool socks, boot liners and winter boots, Plaid shirt and bush jacket over t-shirt , then insulated coveralls with parka. Not to forget the hat and gloves and an ice scraper.
  17. How many were you wearing today? A little cooler today... -25 C around Ottawa this morn. I heard.
  18. I heard it's going to be cold tommorow. F not C. I don't like C.
  19. I thought they were coverd by a recall not warranty, at least for mine ('98 and '03) ?
  20. Might need some more info????
  21. BrianD replaced his this summer if I remember right.
  22. I'm assuming that's Tennessenen?
  23. So Christmas ended up with four Niissans at the farm. '07 Note '05 Muranoe, '03 Pathfinder...'99.5 Pathfinder.
  24. Merry Christmas to everyone. So i have about 60 acres of Christmas trees that go on sale tomorrow. Any takers? Nobody seems to want Scotch pines anymore.
