maybe it's the rubber bushing that makes contact with the clutch switch? See anything on the floor that looks like a broken lifesaver candy? possibly a tan color? This is what they look like on the brake pedal as their is one for the brake lights and one for cruise control if your truck has cruise, should be another one on the clutch pedal:

Fuel injector wiring/connector repair (damn rats!)
ahardb0dy replied to TXPower's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
Well if you can get the whole under hood harness and it's in good shape for $100 compared to just the sub-harness New for $120 or so, than it's probably a good deal, just keep in mind the used harness is 24 years old -

Bad MAF harness Ground- Nissan Official Fix

Did the dealer say the same part number ( for the repair harness) would work on your year? If so I don't think the wire colors would matter than, it is a OEM Nissan part after all. -

Fuel injector wiring/connector repair (damn rats!)

you should be able to just get the sub harness that goes to the injectors, is that what you are talking about? And yes it should work as the harness only goes to the following items, see pic: -
I removed my HVAC blower and took the motor completely apart, cleaned the copper part, blew all the dust out of it and re-assembled it with a little grease on the end of the shaft, working great now. Also just did the same thing in my 90 Sentra, The blower would not come on sometimes and moving the inside/outside air lever back and forth would make the blower start working, it turned out when I took the glove box out and lower dash that moving that lever caused enough vibration for the blower to kick on. Working perfect again now.

Bad MAF harness Ground- Nissan Official Fix

Thanks, I borrowed your pic to try to explain this better to SpecialWarr ! LOL Your wires may be different colors depending on the year of your truck compared to the year of the truck of the OP ( which is a 94), you should contact the dealer (Rob on the forum) where the OP bought this harness repair kit to see if the same one will work on your year. -
anyone ever had the left rear tire wear out?
ahardb0dy replied to fearkobe's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
you put a line across the tire tread using chalk, take the truck for a drive going straight only, look at the chalk, if the chalk is worn away just in the middle there is too much air in the tire, if the chalk is wore away on the edges, too little air, repeat until the chalk wears off evenly across the tire tread and that is the pressure you should run. If the chalk wears away just on one side could need an alignment. -

ahardb0dy replied to fearkobe's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
If different tires, when placed on the corner where the tire wears in the middle wears the same than it has to be a susp. problem, unless you just have too much air in the left corner even with different tires. As for air pressure you should never run the max that the tire says, we have discussed this before, you need to either use the chalk method to determine air pressure, or approximate the pressure based on the total weight of the vehicle, ex. if the tire says 50PSI at 3500 lbs than if you times 3500 x 4 (tires) you get 14K lbs, the pathfinder weighs no where near 14K lbs, so no need to run 50 PSI. When I mounted tires in the 4x4 shop most radial tires we filled to 32 PSI, of course as was said it depends on the tires, and the load range, and the weight of the vehicle. -

ahardb0dy replied to fearkobe's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
It depends on the tire, stock 31" air pressure on the label inside the door says 26 PSI, I usually will run 30-32 -

Bad MAF harness Ground- Nissan Official Fix
ahardb0dy replied to Inyourface1650's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
you unplug your existing connector from the MAF, than plug the new harness into the plug you removed, the other end goes into the MAF sensor, the new harness also has an extra ground wire that you run to a ground. The purpose of this harness is to repair the existing harness if it has a ground problem see this pic below: -

That's pretty good, that the online dealer only charges $3 above your cost though. My dealer back home gave me everything for 20% off list, but that was back home, now I order from Rob.

ahardb0dy replied to fearkobe's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
how often do you have the tires rotated? They should be done front to rear. May have something bent or a worn part on the rear suspension if the same tire wears more than the opposite tire. -
Can get that same part number online Nissan dealer for $38
