  1. I bought new oem style fogs, hooked em up in place of the old stockies, and Ive got no light out of either of them. The stock fog light switch on the console now lights up when I turn it to the on position where it didnt before, however Im getting no light. Any insight????
  2. You really cant see it if you roll the seat up, youll have to get down there and look in and feel around for it, or you could remove the drivers seat. It is there though if you have the factory system.
  3. May be the input shaft bearing, however, that usually rattles when you are N and foot of the clutch. The input shaft bearing is deep down in the trans; just a thought. Sounds more like a throwout bearing, which is the reverse of an input shaft bearing sound.
  4. The unsprung weight made a huge difference for you. I went from alloy 17's on my car to forged aluminum and i gained 5 mpg on the highway - pretty crazy results by losing 5lbs per wheel.
  5. Its about the size of a portable cd player and its located close to the center console. its got a little paper nissan label covering the button im talking about.
  6. The shift kit is usually a pin and they are really cheap. Its the labor to put that lil thing in there that costs alot.
  7. Id reprogram the whole system with your keyless remote and all. I believe I accessed the control unit under the drivers seat, pressed and held the botton covered by small paper until it clicked, then held the lock button on the remote until the control unit clicks. The remote should work and all should be reset. my alarm would go off for no reason a couple times a month; my neighbors still goes off lol - I havent told him about the reset button, its to funny hearing him curse up a storm
  8. One of the few things illegal here in Florida is beadlocks on the street. I used stock pressure on my ats in 4h and had no trouble crossing a few dunes out on the island.
  9. thanks very much for the flow direction of the fluid! that saves me a lil mess
  10. go take it somewhere. removing an old tire from a rim is harder than you think - tried this on some rubberband 17s once and didnt make it past deflateing the tire lol.
  11. Mine flashes like yours, just havent had time to check it out lately. thanks for the post 88.
  12. Nope, its way better, and this coming from a man with an AT. Surprise, surprise.
  13. Awesome, thanks 88. Im going to order one this week sometime and install it over vacation, when I have time to remove the stock metal lines and all the garbage.
  14. Nice work, do you have any pictures where you ran the cooler lines into the trans? I looked at my AT and it has metal lines with those bung washers and bolts connecting the hoses to the trans.
  15. Thanks for the info guys, but shallow 5x7s or normal 4x6s will work, at least it sounds like it. Supers right, im not looking for a banging system...this truck is meant for wheeling not bling. Ive got a second car with all that @!*% it in it, 2000 watts of ICE. sssh
  16. i have the same issue. i cant determine if its a RMS issue or a leak on a valve cover, as some members suggested it may be.
  17. Just checked the badge... Its an SE. Thanks 88
  18. nice, ill look at it today. i hit the defrost button today and the rear defroster is broken, but apparently i have heated mirrors. ive got this comfort or sport suspension button too which i have no idea what it does. thanks for the help guys.
  19. how can I look up the vin to see what model it is?
  20. Each tire brand and model is specific. Look on the tires, not the manual.
  21. Sweet - there are so many things on this model, I cant tell if its an se or le. I just saw it has rear heat the other day.
