Hm, Im on 31x10.50x 15"s stock, it was actually the stock wheel size from OEM, says so on the door jamb. Weird.

Thanks for the bolt size. Id get in there with my hands but they are to big. Its not a heat shield rattle, its dense, and deeper sounding. Ill get those bolts on and see whats going on but there is space between the housing and the engine. thanks again

Pretty good. It felt really planted and sure of itself. Its a 95 SE with and AT and compared to my old 95 Tacoma MT, it didnt really shift side to side that much at all. Up and downs were okay over medium terrain and through thick wet sand, it took tight quick turns gracefully. Like most of you, I was really impressed by it in stock form, however, I lost a couple half shaft bolts on the trail - the shop I went to has some explaining to do Monday. Just thought Id share.

Well, I have a weird rattle going on in my AT when at a light and idleing. I think its external because if I put the trans in N, the rattle stops. I was under the truck today, and I am missing 2 threaded bolts that connect the bell housing to the back of the engine. I know it doesnt sound like much, but Id assume thats whats causing the vibrations. Anyone know if I am right or the size of these two bolts...Im assuming Nissan used these bolts for a ton of undercarriage parts. thanks!

I dont think its anything, I think the guys at the oil change place dropped the oil filter on the bracing and it spilled everywhere - we will see when i check it next weekend.

guys, i put the 5x7s in the rear and they sound great from the front - however the tweeter doesnt quite image up the to the front but oh well. im going to wire in some 4x6s next week in the front. i listen to sports talk most of the time anyway so no need for a sub - my car has the system in it

I wish it was! You know, I keep checking the oil level and it looks like the oil line is up over the full mark on the dip stick. Could the oil change place have overfilled it? Could oil pressure cause a busted seal somewhere that is popping out oil all over? I really need to get under it this weekend...

Mine does it do, the boot is ripped on the transfer case. Im to lazy to fix it, it looks like it'd be a bitch.

Its an auto so no clutch fluid - i wish it was an mt. Its not trans fluid, its fresh oil. Its leaking off the bell housing and looks like its been sprayed on the cross member and onto the oil pan. ill clean it this weekend and find for sure where its coming from - but im pretty sure its a rms.

Yeap, leaking a pretty consistent amount of oil off the bell housing. Can I just keep putting oil in the engine or do I really really need to replace the seal?

When Im on a .25 of a tank and get gas, there always is a huge pressure release when I remove the gas cap. I think thats just how it is..

it is really a big deal using it? i have it on simply because the road i live off of get to about 55 mph, and its 70 here if that makes a difference.

The path I bought didnt have any stereo in it, until about an hour ago... and it helps tremendously. Ill look at some aftermarket headers if Im going to be taking the stockers off to replace the studs. thankx

Anyone have any quick fixes or ideas on how to go about eliminating the farting noise that comes from the exhaust manifold. Im at 130k and I dont think the original owner ever got the recall done - I need a quick FIX!!! thanks

Im going to set the fronts on a crossover for mid/high so the bass wont cause distortion. It looks like ill be taking a look at 6.5s or 4x6s...id rather use 6.5s though :-)

Its an old truck - its going to have issues. Its just life i guess
