  1. Here is the Pacesetter website, it doesn't say anything about needing a body lift.
  2. Yes, headers aren't too difficult, unless you break the studs of the exhaust manifolds. That should be your only issue unless you have an automatic tranny then you have to mess with the "y" pipe to go from the two headers to the exhaust pipe that goes to the cat.

    Stock Airbox Mods

So you have two places where air comes into the airbox from behind the airbox? Did you do anything about the inlet that comes from inside the fender wall?

    Stock Airbox Mods

So you just hacked that up and put it in place of the other one that goes out to the front? Hope I didn't chuck it. What did you plug the hole up with from that piece? I used duct tape
  5. THis is carried from the thread in the 90-95 Pathfinder about the AC Headers. IT has been brought up by Mr. Pickles that if you do the K&N cone filter you will have extra enging heat getting through your filter rather then having the stock airbox collecting air from the outside. So lets see what you have done to help the situation. Here is my stock air box, I removed the pipe that runs from the airbox along the top of the radiator. Indicated by the red and purple arrows. And the green arrows are where air comes into the airbox.
  6. I know 88 won't like this but...Pickles, what exactly did you do to the stock air box? I am trying to block off all but one of the inlets to the air box and then go from there.
  7. Even better then ceramic coating is Jet Hot. They have headers for Pathy's as well. Or you can send them yours and they will coat them. http://www.jet-hot.com/
  8. It certainly can't hurt. The more protection the better.
  9. Almost anything will help above the stock setup. So no you shouldn't loose anything but might gain the slightest bit. Between headers and a flowmaster you should be good to go, then just do the K&N filter and you are set. Ceramic headers are better, they help with the heat disipation I believe.
  10. If I am one of the people responsible for this I am sorry, I just get lazy when posting sometimes and forget.
  11. Pickles, I saw a chrome brush guard on I-5 south on Friday, it wrapped around the corner lights even, and yes it was on a pathy. looked like the chrome on on this site Chrome
  12. I have no idea what it would cost to have someone build it, I would suggest building the main bar out of 1.75"X.2" dom along with the upper hoop and then the lower out of 1.5X.2 dom. And make it attach to the frame with box tubing of the inside dimension of the frame x.25". Could even be made to have a winch mount as well.
  13. Surrey is a great city, used to go up there to play soccer. Kongs are the best toys out there. We don't hunt Elli either. She points at anything that moves. She found a nest of Chickadees (sp?) in the field next to us and had a hay day chasing them cause they were too young to fly. She trys to get our cat to play but has none of that. She found a rabbit the other day, that was funny has hek.
  14. What exactly do you want it to look like? I can draw something up if you give me dimensions. I like the one on this page, 6th from the bottom on the left. Bumper
  15. Not if its strong enough. Take a look at these bumpers that I used to have on my Classic Bronco. PreRunner
  16. the 400hp is Mitusbishis new hybrid, its 2-100hp electric motors powering the front wheels and a 200hp v-6 powering the rears. As for the 4.3, squam is correct, lots of goods available for it.
  17. She just turned 1. At first she was affraid to get a bath, but now she likes that. I think the warm water is the problem, we have a cabin on a lake and the water is right off of the mountain. The first time we took her there this year she actually walked right in, but when the water got to her belly she ran out, so I went in up to my knees and I started to go knumb, so figured the cold water was the problem. I think that if I keep working with her in the same fashion she will eventually get it. I want to get her into the Big Air Competitions. Canuck, that is a great looking dog. My avatar is our GSP at 5 weeks. And this photo is of her at 7 months pointing at snow flakes.
  18. Check the choke, I know it sounds simple, but that is the only thing I can think of. You may just want to chang the plugs just for the heck of it anyways.
  19. Man I wish my dog would get in the water, after all she is a bird dog. Anyone have any ideas on how I can get her to go in the water?
  20. My guess it the OD isn't working as well. Unless you have some monster tires on there. My auto is at about 2800-3000 rpm at 70 with OD on.
  21. Nice complete write up. Between you and Pickles, everyone better be able to do this now, its so simple, even if you don't have stock fog lights like me. I will have to get mine in one of these days.
  22. Paid $2.06 at the Federal Way Costco yesterday. And its finally under $2.50 in Seattle now.
  23. Yeah, thats my old 93 Hardbody. I actually like that grille better then the other style. I also like the Hardbody hood, they don't have the slots on the front edge of it.
  24. So then your pathy would have a grill from a Hardbody that would look like this.
  25. I think it will look stupid lifted now that I just got new stock tires,of the 235/75r-15 size.
