  1. The 250rpm and blue smoke would be a culprate(sp?) of a blown head gasket. The same thing just happened to my brother's 4Runner, and we are in the process of replacing the head gaskets.

    Nissan Car Clinic

I dont think I will get that offer, but if I do, we shall see. I only paid 2500 for mine.

    Nissan Car Clinic

Yeah, they won't get a darn thing out of me. And they will give me a print out of what they did. Its not really a waste of my time since the Pathy sits in the garage 90% of the time.
  4. A couple of weeks ago I recieved a complimentary 100 point inspection from Nissan in the mail. Has anyone else recieved this? I dropped the pathy off last night, we shall see what they have to say other then she is old, tired and worn out.
  5. I want to see the setup for the platform in the back of the Pathfinder that CrazyG has going on. We tent it, all the crap goes in the pathy and we stay in a 16'X10' tent! Plenty of room in there

    Loose Steering?

Sounds like its eithe an alignment or TREs, I am not sure what I should try first though. If I do the alignment first and it still does it then I wouuld replace the TREs and need another alignment. How would I know if the TREs are worn?

    Loose Steering?

Ok, I am still in the process of figuring out the left front tire vibration and the steering wobble when taking bends in the road at speed. Does anyone know if these are the bushings that I need? http://www.energysuspension.com/pages/nisst.html I will also be checking out the half shaft bearings. Thanks
  8. Good, yet inexpensive would be to make it yourself. If you want real good you will spend some dough. I am holding out on buying until I learn to weld, or can have someone weld one up for some
  9. You can email it to me and I will upload it for you. jwarren015@yahoo.com
  10. Yeah, that's when you put in something like: Here is what I did or something stupid like blah blah, heres my photo. SO where's the photo?
  11. Jaosn, you have to go to the browse button at the button and the put in that file path to make your photo show up.
  12. How would they know, just replacement fenders, right? Ah, if it's $280 a pair, then its a good deal.
  13. Here you go fellas http://www.hannemannfiberglass.com/page9.html
  14. Tri-Cities? IF you are talking about Tri-Cities Washington, then it was probably broken into. I found the same thing under the backseat of my Pathy, it was full of broken glass. I just cleaned it out and forgot about it.

    Loose Steering?

I was hoping that wasn't the case but with 175k miles, It wouldn't suprise me.
  16. Actually if you have the stock rails all you need is the Thule or Yakima Towers that fit in the rails and then load bars and you are good to go. http://www.sportsrack.com/sportsrack/produ...5Fid=&dl%5Fid=& http://www.sportsrack.com/sportsrack/produ...5Fid=&dl%5Fid=& Click on larger photo to see.
  17. Ok, I have noticed lately that when going around a bend on freeways I have to correct the steering. What I mean by this is as I turn the wheel I have to turn it back the other way a little to stop the "oversteer" Will this be solved with the install of the Steering Stabilizer? If not what could it be? Thanks
  18. Yeah Les Schwab does, but like Pickle said, don't buy from them. My wife went through 2 sets of tires in two years cause the tread would seperate and they wouldn't replace them. And her father had a sidewall blow and they wouldn't replace due to much tread wear (22k). But of course they put a 3-ply tire on a 3/4 ton Suburban (I have 6-ply on the Pathfinder). Bunch of idots.
  19. Anyone have a pic of the piece of the centerlink that needs to be ground down? My shi...stuff is supposed to be delivered today. Thanks.
  20. So, is this the post Whore thread? well, congrats on the huge accompliment.
  21. I like the THule Playpen because it comes with load bars for bike mounts.
  22. OK, so what exactly has to be done to the centerlink to install the Steering Stabilizer? I couldn't find an actual write up of the process. Will be doing this when I get my ProComp shock package from 4WheelParts.
