    Goo

After reading the title, and before reading the text of this thread, I was going to give you crap.....dammit man, this is a family board!!! The useful part. WD40 will help break the glue down.

    A Favor

They're usually 12mm head, but 12 point. They are the same on both sides.
  3. And yes, the water pump should be done at the same time.
  4. You'd have to change out the switch panel, as well as the blower motor resistor as well. It gets replaced by an amplifier of some sort. ON top of that, you may need to change wiring harnesses, but I'm not sure on that.
  5. What I've noticed 1) Header pic is gone 2) some smilies do not work. Seems the code is still there, but the actual images is gone
  6. Take the motor out, and clean the contacts. Mine did the same thing, and the brushes had worn down, and all the dust created was making them stick. I did that about a year ago, and it's been fine since.
  7. Rim offset has a lot to do with it. If you were at stock offset, on the street, with a 3" suspension lift, they'd fit. They'd rub like hell off road though. The fact that your rims have less backspacing (ie they stick out more) causes them to rub while turning. Only way to fit them properly is with 3"SL, and a 3"BL, and even then, you'll have to trim so you won't rub off road.
  8. Yep....do that. You don't want mud and crap in there holding in the moisture.
  9. The reason for the specific bolts in the rear, and 3rd holes is because there are captive nuts in the truck that you can't get at. Correct pitch is necessary.
  10. Small victories dude!!! That's what life's about!!
  11. Sweet...we win.. Now, I just need 94Pathy to admit it as well, and take back his that he posted to me, all will be well!
  12. I would like to see where on your steering wheel or dash, either of them is marked SRS (Supplemental restraint system) Sorry, dude, I don't think you have air bags.
  13. POR-15 for engine cleaning? Are you talking about their Marine Clean stuff? I don't think you'd want to be spraying POR-15 with a garden hose!
  14. Isn't the blower resistor the opposite symptoms?!?! Usually 1,2,3 don't work, or only work on high, as if it were in position 4.
  15. I know my 95 does not. Are you 100% sure? Any 94-95 Pathy's I've ever seen do not have any air bags. Not to mention, there is no mention of air bags, air bag sensors, or an air bag computer in the Factory service manual. I'd be curious to see a pic of your steering wheel to see if it's the same as mine.
  16. Air what?!?!? You drive a WD21 Pathfinder, don't believe there is such an animal with airbags. Glad to hear (read) that you're alright.
  17. They didn't offer discs on first gen 00-04 Xterra's either. I agree that it's strange to offer them in earlier vehicles, and not the replacements for them.
  18. Do a search for them on here. Lots of information, and unfortunately, not too much that's positive. You'll get it aligned, however, you'll end up killing CV's in no time, as they allow for more front end travel. Problem is, the CV's can't handle more travel. Save your money, and get a good set of aftermarket upper control arms. They're far superior, and won't kill your CV's. On top of that, as 88_Pathy said, search for 88Pathoffroad's posts about the use of ball joint spacers, and what they did to his stock Upper Control Arms.
  19. Yours is a different situation. R50's don't have the rust issues that WD21's do. It's a common spot on the older Pathy's to rust out.
  20. Check under your right foot....driver's side. Could be the infamous hole there, and your carpet could be hitting the Y-pipe. A couple people have had fires because of it.
  21. I replied yes, however, my answer comes with an asterisk. I feel more secure with the stiff RS5000's as I have no sway bars on my truck, and a 3" lift. To me, it has restored the handling I had with my sway bars on. So, I've gained articulation off-road, and retained handling characteristics on the road. Sort of a best of both worlds type of thing.
  22. I do not believe the Frontier parts are the same as R50 parts. The frontier shares some design, and frame with the Xterra. Unfortunately, the R50 Pathfinder is it's own animal. The bolts can't be terribly expensive, even at a Stealership. I'd just go there.
  23. Right....so if you've been fair and fast on all your stuff, you've proven that as a person, you don't condone ripping people off. Why support Phil in doing this? If I remember correctly, Paypal had granted refunds to Blouis, as well as Wheel, but there is no money in the Phil's paypal account for that. And you're right, Santa is top notch in all his dealings. If Santa were an E-bay dealer, I'm sure his feedback would read as follows: "Jolly and generous seller. A+++ Would do business again!"
