sweet...yea I was looking around on ebay for future refs b/c I liked the whole cupholder thing but damn their expensive and they vary a good bit... any major mods for the teg seats? that would be a great upgrade for my 87 since the GF is still bummed she sold her rice rocket a couple years ago (it was a 2 dr integra) I think she would dig the seats

hope its better than my moms brand new liberty...it broke down on her after 250 miles of driving and has had it break down 3 more times since and "they cannot duplicate" it so it doesnt qualify for a lemon...its got all kinds of electrical problems and what not... my cousin had a grand cherokee like that but green and it was nice...didn't have a lot of offroad capabilities but ya get what ya get...hope you enjoy

put it on B4 putting it in the engine/tranny?

does it matter what year JGC the console comes out of?

is it your garage or a garage to repair...if its around the block or something I would do it carefully but thats just me...

search around... you can set up a relay to a switch in the cab... and have have the relay output (12v) run to the control pole on the starter... its the basic principal of hotwiring your truck....once this is complete you will only need ot turn the key to pos 3 (maybe its 4) but you will not have to turn it all the way fwd to the start position...just put it up to the highest B4 start then hit the mommentary switch and boom she'll start right up...if you have a MT make sure its in N or have the clutch in...it will roll in the direction of the gear your in unless you pick up the clutch interlock switch in your new circuit...

Hey guys...I finally dug out that old 3rd brake light and sanded it all down and got rid of the smoke tint that wheelman put on (only b/c i scratched it up pretty bad)...my 87 doesnt have one and I really dont remember how they had it attached I plan to match drill and attach it with sheet metal screws but I have a worry that these will eventually back out...I think they had the square plastic inserts that they threaded into as a locking feature but cannot remember...if anyone has had theirs off recently I'd be interested in knowing what the attachment method was Part 2 I know its a small space but since its added on I was thinking about making it a lil more custom and mask it off and leave a slogan/call or what have you to light up as the brake light...so I set up a poll and I'd like to see what you guys/gals think

would you run on a broken leg? do a quick lil search someone had the same issue like a week or so ago...

it looks like in the bottom center you have a screw in that hole going towards the floorboard...if so pull that out...thats the screw that comes up from the bottom and holds the center in place... it looks like maybe some of your clips are bent outwards...make sure the 4 clips will fit in the 4 holes on the steering wheel... but im really sure thats a screw keeping it from seating down...

it goes back on...just make sure they didnt get bent or that the wires arent in the way...

also introduces dirt into the engine b/c no matter where its parked there will be dust and as the oil makes its trip out of the engine esp on a 4x4 thats used will pick up dirt and whatever else...I dont think I'd do it

a you pull it yard will prob be the best bet for price...but sorry no help on the part number...just call up nissan

yep yep I have had to do that on my 87 and 95...moreso the 87 but it works everytime after a couple quick taps

I didnt do a search but its pretty simple...if you have fog lights remove/disconnect those then remove or disconnect the turn signals in the front of the bumer then theres 2 12mm bolts on both sides through the wheel wells that will allow you to remove it...if the closeout rubber is still there I'm pretty sure it hides one of the bolts if not both... for reinstallation one bracket on both sides is slotted so you can slide the bumper on those and put the top bolt in without having to fight it too terribly much... here is a pic of the LH front frame where the bumper bolts up...theres no body but you can kinda get am ental picture of what your looking for...

I hit it hard to get it to take and hope to click in, but no go....not sure which piece your speaking of...is it the piece that you shimmed out? if you did my el cheapo fix? then you may have it shimmed too much...you can replace those posts and not have to shim it... how bad does it rub? to the point it could be a safety issue? if so i'd get that taken care of ASAP truck looks good BTW

everything winds up right there...I have had mine look like that from valve covers...it could also be the oil pressure switch...bad oil filter (pin hole or not good mating surface)...could be a RMS...could be an oil pan gasket or the oil pan itself some guys have mentioned on here B4 about some UV additive that you can add in your oil then use a blacklight to track it Good luck

i had a bad relay in mine...and then the wires rubbed through somewhere and I had a ground problem and kept popping the fuse and never got around to rewiring...that'll give me something to do when I go back east in Dec along with fixing the oil pan gasket and valve cover seals

the fuse...before you go pulling the lamps to find out they're good...its that fuse and/or the relay I think rewiring them and upgrading the bulbs is a good start...then the bitch bar with some hella's then the light bar on top with 4 lights...when I get done I should be able to light up the desert while piddlin on ebay...HOLY @!*%...they're mighty proud of those guys

coo coo...yea i'm used to bad luck so it would be a great engine and something would happen and I'd get it in and go 20 miles down the road and blow something that was terminal I still cant tell if its blue smoke or not on that 95 that I dropped into my 87...I'm thinking its valve seals if it is but I hope thats all it is and not the rings... good luck...anymore progress on getting it out and apart?

if its not there then just reach behind the horn and pull carefully to make sure he didnt jerry rig it some other way...if the screw is out it should come out with a lil persuasion but not too much...I was pulling hard and finally was like something aint quite right here and looked under and sure enough there was the screw...remember the interiors engineer's job is to put the fasteners where they can't be seen from the passenger/driver POV so if its not coming theres still something connected somewhere

on the very bottom side of the column theres a spot thats recessed theres a phillips head in there pull that out and then the center will putt out (it has 2 clips on it as well)
