I would think that a Speedo... meter (just sounds wrong without the last part) shops should be able to get those parts, if not the dealer/parts stores. I don't know of to many of them, but there is one in this area (Tacoma Speedometer)

You want to get a rim that is 15x8 (x8 unless you plan on a 9 or 10in wide rim) with a backspacing of 4.xx (whatever you decide on) they are not "called" anything special. The backspacing is an additional spec of a wheel, but not one commonly refered to in the wheels size. If you bought a 15 x 12.5 in rim then the rim itself would be 12.5in's wide and would be to wide for a 12.5in wide tire. The backspacing does not make the rim wider, it simply designates where in the rims width the mating/mounting surface is located.

Which photo? The one on the left (MiniMe) has 31's while the truck on the right (King CaCa) is on 33's.

No that price does not include torsion bars. Before you write off a set of tbars, you might try reindexing them first. When you buy new TBars you are only getting replacement bars.

Local wrecking yard for the JCG Coils ($20-maybe $60) Or a local parts store for some new ones.. probably $80-$100+ Call Rough Country directly and order just the Upper control arms for a Nissan HardBody... not the entire HB lift kit, but make sure you get the hardware for the arms (bolts, bushings, etc) Not sure what they are going for right now... $150-$160 shipped to your door?

When I replaced me stock shocks I went with longer rears... my truck is currently still stock height Longer rear shocks allow for more downward travel

That falls along the same lines as when a friend of mine put a 70's (76 iirc) Celica body one an 80 Toyota 4X4 truck frame. They told him that the bumpers were to high (it would be licensed as a car and thus had to fallow those rules) BUT if he took it to Oregon, licensed it, then brought it back to Washington, then they would license it no problem
