  1. poho is the general shoot the bull chat thread. I would bet most people here DO change their own oil. It almost sounds like maybe you havn't wandered around here enough yet, go look in the garage section. Hell I've taken my alty out and replaced it again so many times I could probably do it with my eyes closed. And yes the alty belt is easy to adjust, what is even easier is the AC belt, check that out. Don't get frustrated because most of us (if not all) know that the alty belt is easy to adjust, we're all friendly folks so don't take it the wrong way bro.
  2. I thought maybe that is what you meant but does that come with mounting hardware in the $100? (I thought it could have been a typo too) If so thats a hell of a deal for $100
  3. yeah I do too, I went rancho rear and Rough country (Heckethorn) front after my pro comps and I definitely like the pro comps, I don't like soft shocks especially up front, wish I still had my pro comps up there
  4. where do you put the 5th one?
  5. could always come here and ask what size tires will fit your stock wd21 hahahahhahahhahahahha

    PCV

Hey all, I've looked in my chiltons and the FSM and they both have the same exact info. Some goofy cartoon kid blowing through a hose or something and some other cartoon drawings with arrows going around the crankcase. Does anyone have a pic or can explain where and how to change the PCV valve?
  7. so as long as I was able to have it aligned correctly it shouldn't matter I guess
  8. for regular driving around town/highway she should have it in drive. If she's driving 40 mph in second gear it's going to be reving high.
  9. so would longer bolts have kept that from happening? I bought longer bolts when I got my UCA's but ended up just using the original bolts, makes me wonder if I should dig up the longer ones I bought and put those in
  10. decode the VIN? there's a sticky around here somewhere, I can't remember but I think it might tell the trim level
  11. 93 was still square, they didn't get curved until 94
  12. I would definitely get the smitty for $300 before I'd get a harbor freight. No experience with them but I would trust the smitty when I'm stuck in the middle of no where way before I would trust the harbor freight one well just read the link above, what the hell do I know?
  13. I don't think the ride changed at all really, if any it was so sbtle I didn't notice but I don't drive like I'm in a sports car either. I have Rough Country (Superlift) UCA's, You can find them at roughcountry.com.
  14. you don't "need" new shocks for the front for the lift. You won't get any increased travel up front. you don't "need" new torsion bars. I'm still running my stock T-bars and they are holding up fine also the AC UCA's don't correct the BJ angle like the RC's or Calmini
  15. possibly this? http://www.q45.org/timers.html could a mod pin this link somewhere?
  16. I'm not gonna even say it
  17. I pulled mine straight out towards the front of the engine, only had to move a bundle of wires out the way. it's tight but easy to do with some patience and a little twisting I also have a body lift so that might have helped too
  18. if pezzy was still around she could photochop it for ya, like JJ's (IIRC)
  19. oh, haha, I didn't even look at that link, I just assumed that was what we were talkin about, sorry
  20. I think pezzy made one a long time ago, there was alink somewhere that somebody made one, pretty sure it was an R50 though
  21. it should be drivers side behind the rear seats, pull off the plastic piece and its installed on the back of a metal piece, thats where mine was and the one I found at the JY too
  22. Hey Tmoore, that is your door lock timer, has nothing to do with your alarm. Here's a link to how I fixed mine Timer Fix no more lock/unlock mind of it's own locks anymore, and easy to do
