  1. Congrats man! thats one to frame and put on the wall!!
  2. yes, as they wear out they become "shaved" keys.. they fit into many diff cars of the same make and era. Lots of car theves carry around a shaved key or 2 to the most pop japanese cars.
  3. From what I've read on here ... many times... is that it wil not fit with the turbos.... but I am sure someone else will chime up who knows for sure...
  4. Mine does it too! I didn't notice it till one day, and I thought something was wrong.... still runnin fine......
  5. Hmmm,,,,, ... I think Ihave decided not to get that lift afterall......
  6. does it increase and match the rpm's? or is it steady no matter what
  7. Yea, when driving off road in mud, sand, or snow it is a good ideato drop your tire pressure... i go to 15psi.... but the lower you go, the better the traction. However you run the risk of dropping so much pressure the sidewall of the tire loses its contact with the rim and the tire deflates.... i could see an intertube helping that situation... and same for Gregs thought.
  8. I think everything is the same but the muffeler itself is the only thing smaller around.
  9. is it for airing down and helping agianst blowing out the bead?
  10. Glad to see you are still on here sharin the knowledge. Thats what it's all about!
  11. X2 they last for years!!! going on 3 in Seattle... and that says ALOT!
  12. Hey.. It dosn't hurt to be prepared!!! I got a gun and 500 bullets... maybe I will get more..... A good water filter, backpack , boots, knives, a dog, all the camping equipment I need...... Hopefully my Pathfinder will be able to get through whatever disaster takes place...(my benz prob wont... but i would look dam good tryin).... but if it dosn't there would be other options... increased by having a gun. when it comes down to it... I will do what I have to... my will to survive is strong! Other option is waiting a disaster out.... I have A wood stove and lots of wood.... my house is VERY strong and easy to defend. But I like to think positive thoughts... LMAO... on to the next thread!!! :-)
  13. tho only isue I could see would be increased back pressure wich would hamper performance... but if its a pretty free flowing muffeler... I dont think it would hurt much. if its temp, I would throw it on.
  14. I would check with a few others before going to 10-30.... just to make sure.
  15. I run it in my 06 Benz and the factory schedule has oil changes every 15k...... that is a long time to go.. but they say its fine. I would go 5k on a pathfinder It should also increase your gas mileage a little.
  16. yes, but it has positive and negatives..... lol! anybody else have an opinion? we could have the great oil debate! LMAO!!!
  17. that is what nissan calls for and that is what I use. but I have alwayse used 10 -30 in my old hondas with good success.. I've thought about switchin to see if things would quiet down.....
  18. I believe so. I would change to synthetic ASAP it will do a better job protecting the lifters. but that is just my opinion... the debate about the benifits of synthetic are on going. I do know this.. Porsche stopped puting it in their new cars because the motors weren't breaking in... now they add it at the first service.
  19. I just live with mine... as long as it dosn't change... I have no worries. U should run synthetic oil... unless that is what lucas is.... but it coats and sticks to things better. There is also some sort of thing that can be installed to keep the oil pressure up after shut off.... it helps save the wear during startup. He has it installed on his porsche.
  20. LMAO!!! Mud.... open window wheelin???
