Bam here you go. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=7154 -
Mine does it as well. I have just assumed it was a warped flywheel. I just let the clutch out slowwww.......
-
eh... too much trouble.. my seats look new and are nice.. and I have other things I would rather have....guess i'll just live without.... either that or eat more so my ass is fatter, thus being warmer....

On most cars these days seat heaters are an option, but the seats come prewired anaway. If you dont buy it as an option, they just arent hooked up to power or a switch. Are the pathfinders like this at all? I looked under theseat and didn't see anything, but maybe tucked up in the foam there are wires? Mine is an SE that didn't come with them, and I was hoping the seats were prewired so I could hook them up... ... its a long shot, but I thought someone might know.....

Just to add to the fun here.. are your sure you are almost out of gas when you are checking your mileage? I thought I was getting around the same mileage as you until I decided to see how far I could push it. My gauge said I was empty, but on fill ups I was only getting in 15 gallons. I still had 5 gallons in the tank when I thought I was almost out.

did u try rocking the car back and forth? maybe that would disengage the shifter linkage? and put it in neutral with foot on the brake?

surges/misfires on acceleration at normal running temp
beavis0076 replied to 94mudrat's topic in The Garage
Dirty injectors? I ran 2 tanks of premium and had the same issue... I havn't noticed it since last Fri..... -
Maybe its your bottle jack rattling around in the back?
-
wheel bearing? um....... rear shock loose?..... ummm.... loose nut behind the wheel? um....
-
"and done" for a few weeks... the foam will trap moisture and accellerate your problem. But thats just my opinion...

I put a tank of premium in this weekend.. and it seemed to help. ...... the surge went away... not sure it will last.. but it sure lasted enough to get me up here! ... .I'm thinking an injector issue..?? dirty injectors?? -
