  9. Speaks for itself I think http://www.ifsja.org/forums/vb/showthread.php?t=102133//
  10. Welcome aboard mate, congrats on the purchase. Have fun, plenty of people here to help and give useful ADVICE.
  11. Happy B'day mate, hope you have a good one.
  12. Yeah, the TD27 is a pretty good little motor, pretty much all 90'a Pathys here have them (mine does), the fuel economy is alot better too, I get between 650 & 700km per tank.
  13. No worries mate, doesnt take any time for me to make a phone call or shoot off an email. If there is anything else your after, PM me and I will see if I can find it.
  14. These are pretty close, have been told they are called either Apache or Phantom by Mullins (CSA), but not sure which one exactly. There is a mag place not far from my place, I have emailed them to identify them and get a price, will post up as soo as I know anything.
  15. Ok, I posted the pick up on a local forum, I have been told that they are an old ROH or Speedy wheel that is no longer in production, they come up every now and then on Ebay or in the local classified paper. Another bloke said his old man has the same rims on his Landcruiser and was going to have a look at them, as soon as I know something for sure I will post it up.

Good job B, now I'm hungry. I am going to see if I can find some garlic in a bottle, never seen it over here.
  17. Congrats mate, doesn't matter if its your 20th win, that is an awesome pic that deserved the win.
  18. Yep, Terrain definitely looks like Oz, I will keep an eye out down here, if I see the rims I will try to get some info.
  19. Here in Oz we have shops that do the conversion from LHD to RHD when importing vehicles. An example of what is available here 88 Patrol SWB http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars/priva...id=120F905737C1 89 Patrol SWB http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars/priva...id=120F905737C1 85 Landcruiser SWB http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/privat...id=120F905737C1
  20. Why cant this be in Western Australia, something for the QLDers to look at, TJM front Bar and near new tyres and rims, currently no bids, starting at 400 bucks. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...bayphotohosting
  21. I'm in Australia, so is bit far for me to come wheelin' with ya mate, but welcome anyway, enjoy your stay.
  22. If you have the engine serviced regularly, change the oil every 5000km they will keep going, I know of patrols here that have done 350k+ km and they still go strong. The newer 3.0l TD in the GU (Y61) Patrol has been known to have reliability problems (they tend to self destruct prematurely), but that was in the early days, they are supposed to be alot better now. My little brother has a GU, he thinks its great, hasn't had any problems with it. If you can get your hands on a good 4.2l TD and you keep the maintanence up, you will be on a winner.
  23. Or burn the house down, might be easier than trying to explain the reason for the wax to the folks.
  24. RHD is the only way to go, that is why its called RIGHT hand drive.
  25. Awesome, got to love getting much more than you anticipated.
