If you are looking for a lot of articulation, you might be able to use some of that bag knowledge for offroad.

It all depends on how much body you wanna cut away at the wheel wells. You can fit 33s at stock height, with a lot of saws-all action.

I would guess either the AC idler pully or your alternator, as they are common noise makers.

Those can be either rolled or sprayed (special wide opening spray gun).

Why didn't you do the flush when you replaced them?

Yeah, unless you have done something to change the compression ratio, then the cheap stuff is best.

I didn't think it was to hard to bolt my headers on. The hard part was getting the studs swapped out without pulling the heads. (of course I have a 2" BL so I have a nice fender gap to work through.)

Uh, the radiator has 2 top bolts, undo those, and tilt the radiator back a bit. Have the hoses mounted on the cooler and slide it down between there and feed the hoses out the bottom. (B doesn't like em) but I mounted mine with the through the radiator zip clips. Only need 2 to hold it in place.

Black and Tan, that is Harp and Guiness right? It should look OK. BTW, there are colored bedliners available. I would doubt the bootless CVs would cause a shimmy in 2 or 4wd. If you just replaced all the usuall suspect parts, start looking at the wheels and tires for missing weights, out of round, uneven wear, bent rim....

Yeah, our autos don't like too much heat, but they don't run well if the fluid is too cold either. There is no thermostat on it, so you are cooling the cold fluid when you drive off on a cold morning.

If it folds down, it could be a tow-bar.

Just cut off the lower hose and let it drain out, probably due for new hoses anyway.

Actually in all reality, as boxy as they look, they are fairly aerodynamic.

They do look good black. Just remember, as with any paint job, it is all in the prep.

Check on the driver's side behind the radio (shhould be visible from driver's footwell) for the diverter control.

I'm in about the same climate as you...got mine in that spot, no issues unless it it REALLY cold (like the past 2 days).

Was the new tranny from a 4x4? If so it might not have the guts for the speedo since they pull off the T-case. Just wondering if you looked or just pluged it in.

It was the black plastic coating the latch ring on the door jamb, it had worn away and a piece of it tore off and lodged in the latch.

Did you not swap the gear?

And with you being in a cold climate, I would suggest the passenger side, since that is where the radiator inlet is. Thatway when it is cold, your tranny fluid will be able to scavange heat back from the radiator.

They tuck nicely between the rad and the AC, just enough space between the 2 and leaves room for the e-fan behind the rad.
