Alright, we've been busy. Big batch of parts finally cut and cleaned up, ready for drilling and bending. Couple tweaks on parts from the last sets, most notably changes to the motor mount spacers. Same footprint, but more efficient piece with tons more tool access. In other news...I ordered another CNC plasma table last week. This one will increase cutting sizes to 48" x 33" (my current is 25" x 23", though I've not installed the kit that bumps it to 25" x 33"). This gets us a step closer to making bumpers and skids a reality. Still tons of things to think about in that regard, but since the table won't ship until January, we have some time to plan.

Sounds like you're on the right track. I haven't had a door off an R50 but I remember getting the electrical plug out of the A pillar on my '95 was a massive PITA, so I wouldn't be surprised if a wire in that harness was damaged during the process (or routed up against something that wore through it over time) and is shorting to either the door or the pillar. I would remove the head unit and check continuity between the driver's door speaker wires and ground. Maybe check it against + too, on the off chance it's shorted to a wire for the power window switch or something. If that doesn't tell you anything, check power and ground at the stereo plug to rule that out, though it doesn't sound like that's the issue if the display isn't blacking out.

So I got around to messing with it some more and wanted to update my results. In a nutshell, it turned out to be too much grease in the area where the thrust washer was located. I cleaned off the axles, cleaned out all the grease in the thrust washer area, then only did a thin coat on each of the parts. After this, I was able to poke the axle through and set the snap ring. So all is good now! Thank you!

Slartibartfast: You are correct, I meant the front differential. That is some good information to know. This Pathfinder definitely suffered from front end vibrations which I figured was just the bearings. I will just go ahead and get it done while I still have it off the ground. Thank you!

Your work looks great! Keen for the 2" SFD kit, would work nicely to fit the tyres I want without being crazy high.

UPDATE: So apparently me making my own ground for my deck fixed that plug somehow as i now get 12 volts and it reads 14.2 or so when its running. so that little plug thing is actually really cool now and i kinda want it. dont really feel like buying it right now but i definitely will soon

Yes, there are adapters. However, to clear the front hubs on your truck, that adapter would need to be fairly thick, probably at least 2” to clear fixed hubs and several more to clear manual hubs. I’d rule the option out.

Doubtful. Pro-4X trim implies 05+ Frontier (D40) or Xterra (N40) trucks, which have 6x4.5" lug patterns. Nissan trucks and SUVs up to 04 are 6x5.5". So, they won't fit.

Good to see the Terrano is in line to get some loving! I'm keen to see the progress with all the updates you've mentioned above. Have you considered relocating your intercooler with the installation of the bullbar or will it offer sufficient protection you think? Those 255/85R16s will be monstrous vs a set of 31x10.5R15s, I imagine they're a bit pricier?

Ok so I have an 03' LE bone stock. I ordered the OME lift, medium duty springs all around, kyb struts and shocks. 1" spacer for front struts so it sits level. I am looking to purchase some 15" or 16" rims with a backspacing for 4.25 since my factory 17's won't really work. I know I would have to remove the front mudflaps and maybe put 1.5" spacers on the front wheels so the tires or rims don't hit the cup porting of the strut. I would really like to throw some 285/75/16's on which equal: 32.83" diamtere, 11.22" width. Will they fit?! I see many people posting about this with the AC 2" lift but not with the Old Man Emu (OME). I should gain 1.75" over stock. What do you think? I would like to order these and make my decision asap so please reply on here or PM me thanks guys! - Grant
