Has anyone in this forum made it to 400K or 500K yet?

Yes someone in San Jose, Ca broke 500k (no engine work other than maintenance) but we haven't heard from him for a while...

Even though my Pathy has 250,000 + on it has a fresh engine and transmission, the axles and t-case are holding strong, but suspension needs to be worked on or upgraded. I laughed when I got, it had bald Honda Civic/Accord type tires. It originally belonged to my friends ex-wife who always when the cheap route when it came to this truck which is sad. But now it's in my hands and like I said she just needs a little work here and there that's it. :stickwack::puterpunch::deadhorse::crossedwires:

BTW, does anybody know the expected life span of a '90-'95 pathie these days? Years or distance.

Anybody care to guess? Remember that more than a few are succumbing early to traffic accidents, cash for clunker boondoggles, exciting life styles as local militia rides in Africa, rust from winter ice, etc.

I've seen one in Ottawa with like 650,000kms on it. The guy was a member here, too. Still ran until recently I think.

I've also seen one in the Junkyard (massive front end collision) with like 750 or something, no joke!

I almost bought one from a guy in toronto that had 445k on it and he told me a little while ago that he ran into the guy that bought it and said it had almost 500k

I think they can last a little while ;)

I have 95,000 miles on my 95 Nissan pathfinder Xe. Repairs I've done myself, Head gasket, timing belt, alternator, spark plugs, torsion bar, tie rod end,cv axles, Thermostat, after market at cooler, Spot weld on strut mounting, stabalizer bar studs, transmision flush. Yet to get it on the road but I want it in tip top shape before I do. I think this kitten was abused, though it has a good home now. :)
