Which should I do first?

I would suggest shocks if yours are worn. Normally, the 3.3 isn't starved for air so I think you'd get better bang for the buck addressing the suspension.

Definately shocks, the 3.5 is quite powerful on it's own. Shocks will do a nice job stiffening up the ride and reducing body roll.

Yup, what he said! ^^^^^^^^^ Be happy that you got the 3.5!!! You'll benefit more with the new shocks since you're 3.5l is 240hp already. (can you tell I'm jealous?)

if you like to wheel in deep puddles and stuff those open cones arent that great...they'll suck up water easier... thats why im keepin the stock box one

it doesn't elminate water getting into it, but it limits it

Looks like it just resists splashes, much like a raincoat keeps you dry. However, it's not going to prevent water from getting into the intake if you get deep enough.

that thing looks ridiculous! it prob makes it just more like a stock filter.. k&n are just open more and breath better.. all that thing look slike is a mesh sleeve...(similar to what i keep my snorkeling gear in )

I don't plan on going into any deep water anyway so I'm not really worried about it

go with the rancho's. you'll know right away that the smooth ride is worth it. besides, they look sharp!

Is it just me or does that thing look like a drawstring bag? I wonder if it restricts airflow and gets sucked tightly to the filter.
