TooQForYou
What's the best way to get through mud? Slow? Moderate steady speed? Charge it? I would think charging it would leave potential for broken parts.
Precise1
Every situation is different. Type of mud, depth, lead in, lead out, tire size and quality, how many people have winches... B
Simon
Not to mention how many rocks are hidden in it. If you know it's not full of rocks, you can keep a little more momentum. If it is, you have to be slow and steady to crawl the hidden rocks. As B said, it really depends on the terrain.
Pezzy
Slow as possible, fast as necessary. Stay in control, but don't lose momentum.

nismothunder
Or get bogged down.Wheel speed is the only factor, you need to keep it up to clean the tires out.Even tractor tires will become packed if there not enuff speed.Getting a set of boggers is probly the best stock tires for mud.Sipe them for even better traction. slade420
too much wheel spin at low speeds can just dig you into a hole, dont crawl into the mud and then punch it, thats how lots of people get stuck, you need to keep the momentum going and adjust wheel spin accordingly. too much soin and your losing traction. TooQForYou
Thanks all! So from what I gather; moderate-steady speed, keep the wheels spinning but not too much?
