Ok guys I replaced 2 of my cv axle and I have a pair sitting in the basement right now. Is it worth it to replace the boots on those so I have a couple of spare?

Im not sure if my cv axles are rebuildable as far as replacing the torn outer boots When I replaced it it wasnt making any clicking noise at all.

What should i be looking for inside the boot? Inner race for wear maybe?

It would be best to thoroughly clean and degrease them, that way to get all the grit and grim out and when your done they are riding on 100% new and clean grease... I mean, if your going to do it then you might as well do it right the first time ;)
