  1. Correctamundo XPLORX4... also, I was tryin to sell the TJM's so that deal on AC doesnt fall through! The ARB is nice... it was too pricey for me, and now that I have my TJM, I really prefer it. When I scratch the hell out of it, I can clean it up and do touch ups a lot better than I could on the ARB.
  2. Dude, I'm telling you, just get an R50 for it!!! You gotta complete the fleet!!
  3. yeah, I'm pretty sure my 99.5 has one...
  4. woohoo peer pressure worked? That's awesome guys!!
  5. cool, thanks for the info... might be related, but there's rumors on another board I frequent about Nissan killing the Xterra... know anything about that?

    Bumper

Try a search even on this board... some people are happy, some are less than impressed with insanely slow turn around times, and bad welds.
  7. yup, the day it was installed... it was bought used. Skinny, yeah, the TJM is listed for 96-99, but it does fit the 99.5+ if you remove the antenna tab (what I had to do), and the ARB is listed for the 99.5+... it will probably fit the older ones, as the mounting points are the same, but there might be a gap between the grille & the bumper, as the grille on the newer R50's is more rounded outward. (yes, my truck is curvy!) I dont know if anyones tried the ARB on an older R50... I think a couple guys on the AC board put them on a QX4, but same thing, not sure if they had gap issues...
  8. /\ what he said... It's a great bumper, and it will be a damn shame if the order falls through... Here's what the bumper looks like: There are more pics in the thread mentioned above... Otherwise, ARB sells one, it's PRETTY nice (as in all shiny), and has a pretty nice price tag... also on 4x4parts.com
  9. That's what I ended up doing... maybe spray some penetrating fluid on it if you think it's rusted on? I agree, that stupid dust cap made me say new swear words and give me the rage... one of the reasons I LOOOOVE having the Warn hubs, I will never have to deal with that damn thing again!
  10. Wow, that really sucks, I understand your frustration Dean... I really hope a couple more guys can cough up the cash... it's a once in a life time chance that def WONT come around if it falls through this time.
  11. lock the hubs before you head out when it's snowy. sheesh.
  12. yup, and fronty's packie, that is the place I got mine from :cool2:

  14. did you have to do any modding??? I had concidered trying that... lol, simply b/c nissan sells the nice neoprene seat covers for the xterras, and not the pathys... but, they do say XTERRA on them... boo.
  15. I'm afraid my answer isnt family site friendly sly
  16. damn -- thats a shame about Phil... they have a good product... There's another guy making pretty much the same product as L& he's not on this board much, I see him on the AC board more often... not sure if he's still doing them, but might be worth a shot... search for the member 'hoohaa'
  17. wow, i got an email that wasnt selling crap!
  18. Thanks GreenEnvy... lets face it, there's idiots of all races that think lowering a 4x4 is a good idea... Lets drop that subject please... I can appreciate lowering a car, but a truck - never did a thing for me... most of the Mazda pick ups I see... (my old truck) are all lowriders... hurts my heart.
  19. my lift made my pathy drive a bit more 'truck like', less cushy... but took no time to get used to. I also had issues with topping out, going over speed bumps and stuff, just gotta take em a bit slower, and all is good.
  20. CALLING MOOKIE TO THREAD #12572!!
  21. Didnt read the link... but typically the number 6 plug is known for being difficult to get at... the trucks came with a tool to help get at it - some people find it under the back seat with the jack... mine was under the floor in the cargo area, came in a vinyl bag.
  22. THATS IT, YOU'VE CROSSED THE LINE VSICKS IM BANNING THIS ASSHOLE!!!
