  1. Well, they kicked ass last night - it's a start.
  2. Happy New Year! Here's to an amazing 2007!
  3. I think mine came within a week or so... and that was shipping to Canada.
  4. YOu were the 108 the person to join NPORA, and the 176th to pay membership to Jim... Lets face it -- there is a lot more going on with the Xterra's, almost every region has an Xterra club... I ended up getting my pathy after being a member of an Xterra Club. Not entirely sure why the difference in numbers... I can see why more people are wheeling the X's compared to the Pathys in the same generation years... but there are a lot of pathy's out there... most of them dont see past pavement. It would be nice to see more people wheeling our trucks... then we could have ECPC (east coast pathy challenge) and with a bigger following, one would think we would find more suppliers for aftermarket parts... on the other hand, I like having, and wheeling a truck, that is often one of a kind.
  5. hmmm been a while since I did my lift... was maybe 2.5" lift in the front, and closer to 3" in the back... the front has sagged quite a bit since, I have the alwasy sexy tow truck look going on.
  6. We're still waiting for snow here... Thule is a good brand - it's what I have... Ive also heard good things about Yakima... but neither are cheap by any means (unless you find used)
  7. or at Paragon with a broken shock mount... People in the park saved my ass the last day of the Nor Easter with one... dont know what type it was, but it was damn sweet!
  8. sorry to hear that, good luck with your next one.
  9. I had a 2wd pick up fpr 5 years... it's different!! I had a few bags of sand over the back wheels to weigh the back down a bit, and help with the ass end slipping out on me... took some getting used to, slowing down a lot more around corners and whatnot...
  10. nah, thats just people who put Calmini parts on their truck. sssh
  11. mmmm fronty goodness... They're great trucks. I dont know too many issues... you may want to check out a fronty club and see if they have any known issues (I cant think of any)
  12. well, maybe with that suggestion, and trainman's (LMFAO btw) vwtwisties will learn to like the mirrors he has??
  13. I agree with the majority here, its not that bad a job to do yourself. Save your money!
  14. I ran my CB from the lighter in the dash. Trainman is right about that brace, made it very tight getting wires thru.
  15. Yup, I've used that same spot, driver side, maybe a foot from the fender, 8" from the top, there will be a flat plate screwed to the firewall with 2 screws.
