  1. I'd be wiling to wager that it is not your fuel filter that is the primry culprit here. It may be an underlying problem, but it sounds like your truckis in "limp home mode" caused by a major issue somewhere. If your check engine light is on, get the codes pulled and report back with the codes, and we'll be able to help solve te problem.
  2. Better than the Mk3 Jettas. You could fit about as wide of a cup in them as you wanted, but a 12oz can was too tall to fit where they decided to put them.
  3. Last I checked, WD21s don't have struts.
  4. You could take the shift boot off your t-case lever and wedge your drink between the lever and console like I do if it's too big to fit in the cup holder.
  5. It's impossible for a ground to be "Solid but loose." It's an either/or situation. I'm guessing that you cheaped out on the head unit, so you probably installed it yourself. You've got a loose connection somewhere. Track it down, fix it, properly, with solder and heat shrink tubing, and you should be good to go.
  6. Seems to me that the Valve Cover would be replaced under the Powertrain Warranty. Hope you're still covered!
  7. They're battle scars man. It's the cargo area, it's supposed to be used for stuff like that, and scratches are just part of the territory.
  8. I'd say, if the total trailer weight with the boat is under 3500lbs, you'll do right by the Pathfinder. The 4Runners can tow pretty well, too, and they have a slightly longer cargo area. The Pathfinder has better visibility. Do not get the 3.0 4Runner, those things are horrendous on towing, and head gasket failures are very common. If the trailer is over 4000lbs, I'd go with a half-ton, or even a full-size SUV like a Tahoe or something.
  9. For what it's worth, I switched from the "spoked" D-Shaped holes, to a wheel with round holes. I kept warping the D-Shaped hole wheels. I have yet to bend or warp one of my wheels with the round holes.
  10. I have discovered the cure for Pathaholicism. It's name is Defenderaholicism.
  11. Paging Pathie4Me.....Pathie4Me, you are needed.
  12. Well...in that case, stay the hell away from NY!!! LOL :tonguefinger:

    Wtf

Those are internet crawler bots, crawling the site for search engines.
  14. If it's rattling, it's likely either the pulley has come loose, or the inner parts are failing. Check the pulley, and if it's tight, you'll need a new compressor. Newer Sanden style compressors are lubricated by the refrigerant. No internal lubrication.
  15. Not really deep, and I don't have a functioning camera right now... I need to pull the fender off and re-work my routing though, once I do that, I'll get some pics.
  16. That's too bad that it didn't work out the way you had hoped. Keep us posted, and try to post some details about what was interfering, and maybe we can offer some insight on how to get around it....
  17. In order to remove the rotors to replace them, you have to take the whole wheel hub assembly off of the spindle, which involves disassembling the wheel bearings. While you're in there, you may as well repack them. You MUST properly adjust the pre-load properly, otherwise everything will not go back together properly, and you will run into some serious problems down the road.
  18. That's why whenever I order from them, I just call and speak to Volrick...He's the man. He's always taken good care of me, and ALWAYS lets me know if there's a problem with my order. I know some people have had issues with them in terms of the whole lack-of-communication thing.
  19. Please post up any updates as you have them. I'm very interested in seeing where this goes, as well as possible production opportunities for VQ35 Pathfinder Headers. Keep us informed, bud.
